I didn't have much money to spend on a sofa so was pleased when I spotted just what I was looking for in style and price.
The staff were so helpful and made the process easy. I put down a deposit and payed for the sofa over a few weeks. Then came the day, my new sofa arrived.
The delivery drivers were polite and had put my sofa in place in minutes. The quality of the sofa is so impressive. This isn't just my opinion but the opinion of friends neighbours and family. I can't fault it. Well done brothers. Keep up the good work.

Delivery experience was excellent. Very good timely information, kept updated throughout. The crew actually arrived early and we were notified well beforehand. James and Anthony were brilliant. Very professional and friendly. Placement of the sofas was very quick, even with having to dismantle one to get it into the required room. Staff in the showroom were also very friendly and supportive. Have very good advice and realistic expectations. Sofas delivered as per initial timeline. The sofas themselves are very well made and comfortable. Exactly as we wanted.

Everything went to plan delivery was really good kept me informed when they would arrive all in all perfect

On February 7th this year I ordered a sofa and matching chair from our local Derby store, and paid in full. We were given a delivery date sometime in June, which was fine. On 10th June the delivery team arrived and brought the sofa in, but the matching chair did not have the correct screws to attach the feet..and unfortunately they did not have spares screws in their lorry. So they took it back ? Where is it now please ??

Great experience throughout, The lady in store was great,friendly and not pushy at all. There was almost a three month wait but that was explained before purchase and not a issue has we did not mind waiting for a quality sofa made to order.
The delivery was just has great, updates and live tracking and the two man crew was very professional and polite and fully respected our property it was a smooth and quick delivery and installation, The sofa was taken out of the packaging outside the front door and the. Brought in, all the rubbish was cleared away.
We could not be happier.

We had a great experience from start to finish. When we visited the showroom, we were told our order would be delivered within six weeks, and it arrived exactly as promised. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and very patient. They faced a bit of difficulty getting the furniture through the entrance, but they took their time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was in place before they left. We really appreciated their positive attitude and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Not received the sofa yet as not due. The experience in store was delightfully very good; we didn’t feel pestered or rushed. We were given time to ourselves to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.
All questions were answered and the assistant’s knowledge was very good.

Paul was amazing and anticipated our needs before we even did. He listened to our home life and suggested fabrics and couches that would fit accordingly he was incredibly kbowledgable of the products

The day arrived and the delivery men kept me updated about where they were and an approx time. They built the2 settees in no time. The leather settees are good quality.And we are pleased with them.

Delivery men were very pleasant and went above and beyond in the installation and testing of our new sofas. They took great care of the sofas and they arrived in excellent condition.

We went in to browse for 2 x 2 seater sofa in leather and came out with 2x 2 seater material sofa in a completely different style that suits our home better. We had no intention of buying but the service was fantastic (thanks Ant at the Kingsway store Derby) and the range was vast.

Polite friendly service from Ant, as always. Impressed with the new set up in store. Ant explained everything new in great detail and was very attentive, answered all our questions being very polite and patient. All aspects of the delivery, costs and payment options explained clearly. Very happy to have ordered our new furniture from you.

Took a long time for my sofas to arrive but I had been pre warned of this. The man in the derby store was helpful and understanding didn’t feel pushed in to purchase and was given time to consider my options and sent my wish list as a email, I was very unsure in the shop still with regards to fabric and he helped me make my choice even though I was very undecided and took a lot time he didn’t lose his patience. Sofas appear great quality so far and I love them I have been trying to buy sofas for about 5 years and I finally found my perfect one! Delivery men were pleasant and helpful called to say they would be an hour and this was accurate. It’s great that the rubbish gets taken away.
Maybe consider a recycling scheme for old sofas mine are waiting to be taken by the council was wary to book a slot pre delivery just in case there was an issue. Fortunately it’s only a few days but would be easier if there was a scheme for this.
