Couch arrived yesterday its lovely but arrived and my middle console is broken now have to wait 48 hours to hear from sombody to see whats going to happen with it even though already waited 4 month on our sofa its a bit disappointing,

Beautiful Sofa
First sofa that we have ordered from Poltronesofa, very impressed. The sales to delivery was seamless, delivery Guys very professional, courteous and friendly. Sofa is stunning and great price!
It was hard to visualise the sofa, we chose Ivory leather chesterfield style, in the showroom it was displayed in a mustard velvet fabric; however I needn't have worried; it's stunning!

Very friendly and helpful staff, there when you have an questions but allowing you to take time to browse on your own. Seamless order system. Billie was excellent, as were other staff when i went back into order more cushions. Overall great experience.

Great experience
I hate being chased in a shop by salespeople (I end up just walking out), so being left to interact at my pace was brilliant. The service provided was insightful and really helpful, which made our mind up on the product. Thank you

The staff were amazing and so helpful .
However i thought one side of my sofa was dirty / soiled by people sitting on it .
Not obvious under showroom lights .
The delivery guys didnt get the electrics from underneath the sofa so couldnt get it to recline ..thankfully my son was here to fix it
