Excellent service in shop, nobody being in your face trying to force a sale on you, always somebody around if you require assistance for information about a product and helpful, explained the process from purchase to delivery,and the delivery team that delivered our new furniture were excellent, delivered during the alloted time slot, setting up the furniture and explaining everything about it, and removing all packaging, leaving us to enjoy our new furniture, would recommend their service

As we entered the shop we met a lovely lady who was very helpful as I didn't know what sort of furniture I wanted. Her knowledge was amazing and I decided to buy a corner sofa. I would recommend this shop to my friends/ family and the prices was very reasonable.

The 2gentlemen did the job -not very pleasant and engaging in personality.i pointed out marks on leg of sofa-one took a photo and said he’d document it and he’d forward it to pelotron store-prior to signing I again asked if he’d documented it -I haven’t seen evidence he has. Very disappointing.

In Store Service was good and Kevin was helpful, our delivery was a week later than we were told though!

Sofa looks good but we had to go around snipping about 40-50 long loose threads from the two items we bought so not ideal!

Very friendly, the sofa we picked was delivered and assembled with no problems.

The guys who delivered call us 30 minutes before delivery..
They got the furniture in our bungalow and soon fixed it all together.

The furniture looks so good in our lounge and is nice and comfortable.
The moment we walked into the Poltrones show room at Llanelli we were so impressed how it was set out and decore.
There was some kind of scented air freshener that had a gorgeous smell to it.
The lady sales rep ( I think Amanda or Amelia ? ) chatted with us and also gave us a tea and coffee, so impressed by all of this..
The sales guy Roy ? Very efficient and profession.
All our questions answered.
