Matt and Josh from Llanelli branch came to the house today to deliver our furniture.
Could not have asked for a nicer pair of guys. Very helpful, polite and chatty, took great care when coming in and out the house, also showed us how the furniture assembled in case we needed to move it. Whole experience from the store to delivery was excellent

Great costumer service
Andrea was very helpful but not pushy. Left us get on with browsing their stock but was always on hand when needed.Also like the honesty when helping with choosing our sofas. She made us feel like old friends.

Mark was nice and friendly. He helped us find the right sofa for our budget and gave great advice of the protective cover for the sofa also. The sofa we ordered was great value for money.

Major lack of transparency
I was sold a sofa for 1040 via finance and then received an email with the final amount coming to almost 1500 which was not mentioned to me. The correct monthly price was stated however I didn’t think to do the maths until I read the email.

Sales good. Delivery dreadful
Had no problem with the sales lady. She was really helpful.
The delivery however was a dreadful experience. What’s the point in them having your number and saying they will call you and they DONT!!
Also the tracked said they were unable to deliver my chair. Then they show up 15 minutes later after I had a panic attack.
What’s the point in the tracker if it doesn’t work efficiently, and pointless giving your number as they won’t use it!!!

The sales assistant and the delivery…
The sales assistant and the delivery men were brilliant, they could not have been more helpful and a credit to the company. The chair is also first class and I'm happy with that. However, the delivery/installation charge that the company imposed was a few pence short of a £100 and I had no choice other than to pay it or forget buying the chair as I had no means of collecting it. This way over the top in terms of price in my opinion.

Kevin and Lee were very professional, polite and chatty. They brought the furniture into the lounge, unpacked, put on the slidets onto the legs,put sofas into place and removed all the packaging.

Excellent delivery
We were kept informed of delivery time from a couple of days before and had a more exact time on the day. We then had a phone all to say they would be with us in an hour. Dai and Scott were brilliant and put our sofas together in no time.

Sofa bed delivery by Dai and Scott
Our in store experience went really well, no hassle Richard gave us help but more importantly gave us space and no hard sell. We ordered 3 sofas, the first being delivered today by Dai and Scott, what a polite, considerate pair, it was a sofa bed for upstairs, so not easy, both worked really well together.
