Right from the start on engaged with a lovely man called Tom he was very patient from start to finish in and out in 30 with my new sofa

The team are polite,helpful and professional which enabled my wife and I to feel comfortable and able to make the right choice for our needs.
So looking forward to our furniture to arrive.

Got a text early in the morning, then a follow up phone call to say they would be with us within a hour, on delivery the took less than 15 to deliver and set up, took all the packaging, a team of three were very polite and professional, well done too all

We got looked after by a very knowledgeable Clem who was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Very pleased with the service from the shop experience to delivery everything was spot on. Shop assistant Lesley in Gateshead was very helpful and efficient. Sofa was delivered 6 weeks earlier than expected and the 2 Ronnie's who delivered and unpacked the sofa were excellent. Well done.

The team were pleasant, ealy professional and quick to set up our chair and sofa they were very careful whilst bringing furniture into the house.

Greeted by a salesperson when I entered the store who briefly explained what they sold and that I could choose any fabric. I was able to browse without being followed around by a sales person, which is a massive plus from me.
Once I knew what I wanted, the transaction from there was swift and didn’t feel confused by anything being said.

They were two lovely lads very helpful set it up lovely didn't mind the son keep talking to them and my dog wanting strokes

Very pleasant young man they arrived earlier than expected didn't mess around put everything together and checked everything before leaving

Tom in the showroom, (Gateshead), he's a very patient and knowlegeable salesperson, (I picked his brains....he deserves a pay raise ; )
I am returning to the N.E. to live after many years in the USA and setting up a new home was a bit daunting but Tom made the furniture buying easy....I'll be back to see what you've got in the 'arm chair' line one of these days. Not sure of the purchase date as I'm not where I have my paperwork, it was in May 2026.
Hope to make the 'final' move in the next 6 months.

After waiting 16 weeks my settee,s upholstery is terrible creases and bumps looks worse than the one I I changed it for and I am waiting to see how they proceed with my complaint. delivery personnel were good.
