Great personal service for the whole experience.

From the moment we arrived the team at Gateshead Namely Josh were fantastic.

I am a wheelchair user and I have a son who uses a disabled pushchair, the store is very accessible. I could get between all sofas unlike other places having to reroute or simply just go online.
2 floors with a lift also.

We have purchased a 3 seater sofa, arm chair and footstool. Our priorities were the accessibility for me but also fit 2 adults and 1 child on the sofa, something modern and not to low for me to transfer.
This was never a problem for Josh, he built a sofa in his head and took me to them all and which I liked also, together we found our dream sofa, exceptional service.

Delivery perfect staff brilliant both in store and delivery

The delivery was for my 80 year old mother. The delivery driver called and asked if they could deliver the furniture earlier in the day. Upon arrival the delivery staff moved my mothers old furniture into the hallway (which was to be collected by a local charity that day) before assembling her new sofas. Staff were polite and courteous. Fabulous service !

So helpful, let us look around without any hassle, did say come and see us if we seen anything, amazing sofas so much we liked a lot of them but we did pick one and bought it , didn't go to anywhere else as the quality and prices were outstanding.

Poltronesofa just cannot be faulted from start to finish. We were welcomed in store we placed our order for our suite it actually was ready a week earlier than the due date. The two lads that delivered it were amazing they carried into room where it had to go fixed legs to it and at the end of delivery they took all packaging away. We would recommend poltronesofa to everyone. We are delighted with ours it’s just beautiful.

The customer service whilst in store was fantastic, whilst while taking receipt of delivery one of the delivery team was very unfriendly, the young lad who put the suite together was very friendly and well mannered however I felt it was rushed and certainly not done to a reasonable standard, I have since been back in touch about the quality of the future we paid nearly £4000 for with quite a few faults again this all has to be done online sending photos nothing but an absolute chew. We’ve managed to make an appointment however it is a while away due to the lack of appointments.

Quick delivery, all was delivered on time. Staff were very helpful when choosing the right sofa & the process was quick & simple.

The employee we spoke too to order the sofa was amazing her name was Tricia from the Gateshead branch, made everything so straight forward.

The staff were really friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Smooth and fast unpacked and in position in minutes.

The sales person was very helpful and informative at the outset and the estimated delivery date given was accurate. We had clear communications from the delivery contractors including an email 1 week before delivery, another the night prior to delivery and then again on the morning and once loaded I could track the van. We're very pleased with the service from everyone we have had contact with and we're also very happy with our sofas.

Driver's were prompt and kept us informed set the furniture up a treat we are well pleased.
