It was a the helpful staff member, Cathy, at the Oldham branch that made our experience really good. She helped us find the right sofa for us and ensured that we were really happy with it before finalising the purchase.

Absolutely great , from sales to delivery, all done in a professional way upto date information when the sofas are being delivered really happy 😊

Sales staff were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They were happy to measure the sofa and gave us time to decide with no pushy sales talk. We were undecided on leather or fabric but they gave the facts, showed other models in the options we were considering and let us take time to decide.

Delivery was delayed due to heavy traffic in the area but we had a couple of phone calls to update us.

Delivery arrived at the updated time. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Sofa was unwrapped and set up and they checked it was working correctly and took away all the packaging.

Sofa delivered at 5.30pm and they said they had another 4 deliveries to make but they remained professional. I would recommend highly.

I'm pleased with my sofa. I'd recommend SCS to anyone.

The sales man at branch was knowledgeable and helpful, didn’t push but answered all questions and clearly knew his product. On delivery, The two delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. Again, they clearly knew what they were doing in respect of lifting and positioning the sofas - placed them where I wanted them, took off and disposed of all the wrappings and were off to thier next delivery within ten minutes. Couldn’t fault them. Thank you

We visited the Oldham store at Elk Mill on Saturday 01/03/25 looking for a new suite. The Assistant who dealt with us was Joanne Jones who was friendly. polite and not in the least pushy. She exolained everything to us and answered all our questions efficiently and professionally as we were unsure what set up we wanted.After talking everything through we decided on the Brixton 3 seater sofa and an armchair.Again we could not have asked for better advice and Joanne had a good personality.

We were assisted Joanne Jones from the SCS store in Elk Mill, Oldham. She was very helpful, friendly, and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. She shown excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable about what we were trying to find.

All in all we've had a very good experience with purchasing our suite. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were polite and professional. Our biggest issue was trying to rearrange the delivery date. There was a 76 minute wait so we asked for a callback. It took almost 3 hours before we received a call! Finally, we bought the suite during a special event at the beginning of December. We were concerned that the cost of it would go down in the New Year sales but were assured that, if the cost of the suite was reduced to less than we paid that day, that we would automatically be refunded the difference. Sadly this didn't happen!

Cathy at Oldham was fantastic. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect reclining chair. We liked it so much we bought the matching sofa and ottoman! Really enjoying our shopping experience here. Recommending to all my family and friends.

Buying and final delivery was good the 6 months in-between was terrible,ruined Christmas for my partner after non delivery and had to pick other option on 13/12/24,had 2 deliveries with tracking 1st cancelled 2 hours after delivery time other was with 2nd order and turned up with care kit and no furniture,spent 3 weeks sat on garden deck chairs and only offered a set compensation which we still haven't recieved?original order 26/8/24 finally sat on our new sofa 179 days later will never shop again was a loyal customer till this comedy of errors on SCS part.

Buy a sofas and after two weeks have an issue i ring them but no answer
