Bought my sofa in December and still waiting for delivery can't get in touch with the store 3 times they have changed my delivery date I'm going for a full refund won't ever use this company again

The staff at the Elk Mill Retail Park went out of their way to help purchase a bed Settee, we were with elderly relatives (88 & 87)purchasing the above item

We were welcomed into the store by Jodie, who explained everything to us and left us to look round. When we needed her help she came and sat with us and made us feel very relaxed. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend everyone to shop there

A lovely experience. Didn't feel like sales people were bothering you the minute you walked through the door was left alone to browse. Beverly was fantastic and made it a great experience so much so I went home to think about my choices so when I went back. I purposefully waited for her to be free. Also, she was available when I changed my order to 2 recliners after the Easter weekend

After visiting many sofa stores I decided to go back to SCS because I really liked there many fabric and colour options.
Whilst in the store I was given time too look around but Garry was on hand to help with any questions and made the whole process of purchasing my new sofas very easy.

Do not use this company they will not send you the goods you paid for ,im still waiting for the elite care kit i paid for that has been in the post for the last 2 months , are they bringing it by horse and cart from china, lying untrustworthy company

Just had our new corner suite installed by Michael & Glynn in YK23HZJ they're customer service was Amazing '10 out 10' Absolutely Superb !!! , Suite looks amazing & was fitted efficiently & Professionally by both guys , definitely recommend SCS
