The experience was great
The experience was great. The customer service was excellent. We did not feel pressure to buy by staff in the store. Was happy with the purchase. The delivery was excellent, knew within a 4 hour window when the delivery was going to be. The delivery was smooth and the sofas were fixed together correctly. Very happy with quality,colour of the product.

The shop staff have been fantastic
The shop staff have been fantastic.
Sadly, the new sofa arrived yesterday and the two men built it up in my living room.
No sooner had they gone, I went back in the room and immediately spotted a 10cm abrasion on the front of one of my main cushion fronts. GUTTED!!!
I’ve sent a contact form in with pictures and am told I should hear back in three working days.
I didn’t expect to be sent a damaged sofa that’s just cost me a months hard earnt wages!!
I shall await to see how good this companies after care is.
