Predicted delivery date from ordering 22nd May … 9 days before the due delivery date I received a text confirming delivery day was actually that day… and if it wasn’t convenient I was to reply back and reschedule… I was happy with that day…
2 days before I received a text confirming day and told I would get a text on the morning confirming rough time of delivery
The van was a little bit later then it said and I did get a phone call to say they were on their way .. they unloaded, assembled and took away all the packaging within 15 minutes…
Also received email confirmations of text messages.
All good!
Am pleased with my sofa.

We ordered 2 recliner settees on 1st Feb 2026 and was told that they would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, they actually arrived on 22nd May 2026!!! When the delivery men delivered the settees and were putting them together one of the settees did not have any drill holes in the centre cushion nor any fittings 🙄 so the delivery man took photos and sent them off to arrange for someone to contact me to make arrangements to sort it out, needless to say I'm still waiting !!!

The delivery guys were very polite and professional. They asked how I would like my furniture positioned, then tgey went on to check everything was working (electric mover)

Christine was very helpful and friendly but not pushy. Didn’t get what I wanted at first as they had sold out. However when I went back in a few weeks later I got myself a good deal

The sofa I've ordered is beautiful.
Delivery was fine, no problems.
I haven't unwrapped the sofa yet as I still have some panels to put on the wall on the other side of the room. But it appears to be fine and is well wrapped up

The showroom had a very large selection of sofas. We were left to look around without any pressure from the sales staff. When we needed assistance we received great support and advice. The process was professional and stress free. The order process was clear and delivery times accurately predicted.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service from Poltronesofa St.Helens. Waited 4 weeks for our furniture that was sold off the store floor (Ex-disply). The day of delivery no show no contacted nothing. I had to visit the store as no one would answer the phone or return my message. The sales assistant asked if we had received our part refund after 4 weeks we said no. That's why we can't deliver your furniture, because your balance is not at zero he said. But you owe me not I owe you. Yes he said because we haven't refunded your money we can't deliver. Your account needs to be at zero. I said that I ha e been asking for my refund for 4 weeks. Yes he said I can see the refund has been authorised twice. Still no furniture, nothing to sit on, and no answer has to when we will received delivery.
Very poor service definitely won't shop there again
