We was greeted by a very friendly staff member,he explained everything about the furniture, style,fabric etc, he left us to wonder around the shop and look and try with no pressure at all, but he was there to help if needed,which he did,Marcus was very helpful and friendly made us all feel very relaxed.

Very professional service

When visiting the very well stocked show room to view suites, the staff let us look round before approaching us, we were great full of this. We did not feel under pressure. They engaged with us when we needed them. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. When we went back the next day to actually make a purchase. Amy who went through our actual purchase was lovely and guided us through all the relevant details.

The customer service assistant Amy had great knowledge, was very helpful and gave us the time and space we needed to have a look around at the Sofas. The shop was beautifully presented and there was a lot to choose from. We were very pleased with our visit.

Can someone check where my refund and order cancellations is upto ?am waiting since 5 months for my issue to be resolved..it’s been a very delayed aftercare response from the team .Contacting the manager sending emails given a standard response ,basically made to pay for something which is not mine …
If anyone wants to struggle with aftercare team go for SCS ..Horrible experience
