The delivery of our new furniture was faultless and a pleasant experience.
The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled our two sofas were polite and very professional, removing all packaging and ensuring everything worked as it should.

I had to chance the delivery date as I was told 12 - 14 weeks, but we were beyond that, and in doing so, your answer phone service didn't accept option one. In my opinion, the first part of customer service, is being there to answer the question.
Please provide one number that is manned.

The store was well laid out and attractive. We were greeted but not hassled by staff. We needed the members of staff we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. There was plenty of sofas to choose and compare

Rob greeted us as soon as we walked in told us about the labels and fabrics left us to look around and kept checking and giving us various bits of information we came to look and ended up buying a sofa what amazing service from Rob which is hard to find these days I would definitely recommend you to family and friends quick delivery which was a bonus and a friendly call from sharon to book our delivery date .

staff were great, not in your face. they were very helpful with finding what my mother was looking for. the member of staff was very patient with my 82 year old mother and got her what she wanted at a good price.
only thing i didnt like: I thought the cost of delivery was a bit high considering she only lived 4 mile away but i accepted due to good price on sofa and armchair

From the moment of first contact with Jemma at the Stockton on Tees branch to the date of delivery we were kept in touch with at all times. Jemma was professional but friendly and listened to our requests regarding our order. On the day of delivery the two lads were again wholey professional but friendly and turned too without any fuss. Listened to where I wanted the sofas positioning. Prior to leaving they cleared away all the packaging, (something some companies don't do). So impressed with first point of contact we ordered a new suite the following week. Well done all at SCS.

the delivery and set up was very good.The general quality of the couches was good,just one or two little niggley faults in the overall finish which is why we only gave it 4 stars.Further to our initial comments and after having the couches for 1 week we are finding more annoying faults in the general quality .We are puzzled by the advice given of not using leather polish on a leather couch.
