Excellent delivery service

We purchased an ex-display sofa two weeks ago and were assured that it would be wrapped and removed from the shop floor ready for collection. However, when we arrived today, it had not been wrapped or moved and was still on display on the top floor. We were then expected to carry it down the stairs and through the warehouse ourselves.

Also, the member of staff who sold us the sofa, who was also the manager, could not even remember the sale. We were made to feel as though he did not care about us once the purchase had been completed and that we were simply another sale.

The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was very poor. I definitely would not recommend this store.

The Style And Quality and how comfortable the furniture is, 10 out of 10 I would recomend any body to the store and look. The Delivery team were great and polite.

we were greeted with friendly and very informative staff. After choosing our sofa and fabric we purchased our sofa and left feeling very pleased with the service we received. We checked our order paperwork the next day and realised we had been charged for the wrong size sofa. We phoned the store and the situation was sorted that day. With apologies from the salesman and a refund for the overpayment has been arranged. It would have been a 5 star rating if not for that error. Carl was a joy to deal with but he was working alone at that point and the store was very busy.

When we walked into the shop we were met with Carl the assistant. We found him very knowledgeable and helpful to pick our sofa bed. The process was very easy to manoeuvre and stress free. Would shop here again

Ade was the gentleman that looked after us when we were buying our sofas, he didn't pressure us, let us look round at our leasure and was there when we had questions or needed help,everything was explained.
We decided to buy 3 beautiful leather settees for our new home.

From the time I went into the shop on victora road hanley, I was made to feel welcome the young man that served me was very helpful.
The other people who need a mention are the two men that deliverd the sofa they need a good pat on the back as dose the young man in your store all three well done and thank you from my wife and myself.
