The delivery personnel were Very polite and very quick and setting the sofa up. Kept me updated with their arrival time which was appreciated as I had to take time off work.
Although I must add the text I received the day before stated my furniture would be arriving the following day between the hours of ! But no hours given? Then in the morning I got a text to say it could arrive between 0700 - 2359! Not impressed with that!

From entering the showroom and being greeted by the sales person (Martin) to delivery of our furniture, I cannot fault the service. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommended

We visited the store at Westwood Cross. We were looking for a new sofa (or two!). No pressure whilst browsing but staff were attentive if any help needed. We made a selection but needed to go home and measure. We returned a week later but Penny remembered what we had been looking at. Patiently answered more questions and finally assisted us in ordering with great advice and recommendations. Looking forward to delivery now.

The good thing was the staff didn't rush over to us as soon as we walked into the shop.
They let us look around first, and they waited for us to make contact with them. This goes a long way in my book.

After making contact, Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable about your furniture. Colours, fabric, mechanism for recliners, everything went so smoothly.

We didn't actually go into the Westwood store to buy straight away. However after spending around 20 minutes looking and hearing about the furniture, we left having bought a 3 piece suite.

The service is excellent. Martin was a great help and not pushy, a very relaxed atmosphere in the store as a whole. Martin was very thorough informing us about how we could choose any fabric for any piece of furniture ( brilliant idea) and also the detailing of ordering, delivery and extras insurance...a good shopping experience .

Service in shop was fine--Aaron very helpful. What I really disliked was the hidden costs of both delivery and material change on my order which was not revealed until the end of the payment process when I was already psychologically committed. The AA have just been fined for doing exactly this with their driving school booking system (£5m). I saw no signs advertising these costs in store -- only the headline prices. You might want to reconsider this process which feels duplicitous.

We saw Stephen in the Thanet branch. He provided a very helpful service and was patient as we measured various things, offering advice and guidance accordingly. He took time to explain the benefits of certain aspects of the sofas, materials and warranty plans available, without being pushy.

Communication regarding delivery was good I received emails and texts to inform me of delivery day and time and kept up to date with progress on the day
The delivery crew Perry and Taylor along with another team member worked quickly and efficiently with minimal interruption to our home and lives
