Dale was really helpful and patient whilst processing my purchase.

The store was clean and well lit. Staff on the shop floor have been super friendly and helpful.
I was dealt with by Raymond who was fantastic, he explained everything to me regards payment/ delivery and deposits. I also had dealings with Dale who was supper helpful regards some lamps and both were really professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend the store and the staff have been exceptional.

Visited your store on Riverside retail park on Friday as I was looking for a new suite.We were welcomed into the store by Raymond,who was absolutely brilliant.Explained what I was looking for and he guided me and my daughter to what he thought I would like.I decided on the suite quite quickly,the material took a little longer.We were joined by Dale and Laura and we all had such a good laugh,the banter between us was just great.Best hour I have spent in a long time.Your team at the store were just brilliant and they all work very well together.Thank you so much.

Walked in the shop @Warrington and was politely greeted by Laura , I was then left alone to browse at will , Laura soon seen I needed help ( being a man looking at sofas knew I was lost) she came gave me all the options and helped to make the purchase easy .

Our delivery day was changed to the following day as the first vehicle had a breakdown
The delivery men were excellent and telephoned 30 minutes before delivery then again as they arrived.
They were polite professional and worked quickly,considering I live on the 3rd floor and the lift was too small to use . They were excellent.

My sofa was delivered by two lovely delivery people that were very nice and polite there is a slight orange mark on the arm of one sofa and the delivery person took a photo and the serial number etc and assured me I will be contacted about it

Very helpful, friendly and understanding staff (Dale was amazing!), they helped answer all questions and get the product we were after and the budget we were looking for.

We visited the Warrington store on Saturday afternoon where myself, my husband and 2 children were looking for a new couch for our home.

By this point the children had been swimming and were tired. Ryan, the sales associate, was so accommodating with the four of us. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he pointed us straight to what we wanted, showing us the colours of leather available and explaining the different functions on the couches.

It felt like we were only in a few moments because everything went so smoothly.

John provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to help us secure the sofa's that we wanted.
