We’re pleased, however, that the error was spotted before our delivery team had left, allowing the issue to be identified and addressed straight away. We appreciate your understanding while this was resolved.

Thank you for taking your time to share your review,

The level of service you have explained is not the standard that we expect from our delivery team which I can understand the frustration this would have caused, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset this has caused.

As our delivery crew are handling heavy goods we don’t advise for the delivery crew to remove their shoes due to heavy goods being handled, However we appreciate your feedback in regards to no floor protection or shoe covers which is provided to our crew not being used by the crew at the time of receipt of your furniture which would certainly be fed back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're pleased to hear that your delivery experience itself went well, but we're very sorry to learn that your sofas arrived with damage and that the recliner lead was missing.

We also regret to hear about your experience with our customer service team and the difficulties you encountered when trying to report the issues. I have checked into your order and can see that this is logged with our aftercare team but that our online contact card was to be filled in to log the damage.

If you are unable to fill in the contact card please reach out to our aftercare team on 0191 731 3300 who will be able to assist and can discuss alternative methods in order for them to get this rectified for you.
