Never had a problem with seamless service very satisfied customer

I received a gift card from my work for seamless. I added the gift card to my account but whenever I go to checkout, the app blocks my order. I have been calling customer service every couple days these last two weeks and no one seems to be able to help. They keep telling me it is being looked into and I should hear back within 24-48 hours. It’s been over 2 weeks and I STILL have not heard back from them. It’s a scheme. They want people to spend money through gift cards and then they restrict you from putting in orders. Terrible app. Terrible service. Now my gift card is stuck.

7/1/21 I ordered from El Monumento Restaurant Bar & Lounge 1- T-Bone steak dinner w/rice & beans, $25. I received 2- Bistec w/onions $14 and no Utensil and napkins.
After spending $52 their lucky the food was good.

Never had an issue with seamless had issues with restaurants and seamless worked to either refund my purchase or get my delivery on time it's a great service

It would be nice when you send a promo that says click here to redeem, that you would not require anything extra (entry wise) to redeem the offer. You well know, as I do now, that most people don't notice that and therefor miss the redemption coupon. I'n not the happiest I've been when using your service before. You know, I can always just pack my lunch and not have the trouble.

I have used Seamless for 13 years now. They rarely disappoint and when that happens, it is usually the restaurant's fault and Seamless makes up for it. I have had wonderful experiences with Customer Service. The only thing that seems to have changed lately is that I haven't received a feedback request via text in a while and I think its due to sheer volume as a result of Covid-19.

I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service. They are not responsible for the food, that's the restaurant's responsibility. On several occasions the restaurants I have chosen have messed up the orders and Seamless has reimbursed me for the messed up orders. No fuss no muss. No arguing, no stress. I really appreciate that.

Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.

Convenient, has lots of options with low/no extra delivery fees compared to other services, and great customer service.

My order never arrived. While my delivery estimate was 30 minutes, after I waited for 2 hours, I had to contact customer service, just to see that my food had never been picked up, the kitchen had closed, and my driver had simply driven home. I wouldn't have even received a refund or any notification of this, if I hadn't had contacted customer service. I'm not usually critical, but they literally have one job - to deliver food. And they couldn't manage that.

I love that it's so effortless to order your meals without ever picking up a phone. It's so convenient.

This app is so easy to use. And whenever an order goes wrong, the customer service worker makes you feel heard and does their best to fix the situation.

Using them for years. Although the price has risen a bit, they always have a great selection of restaurants to choose from if you want to splurge.

I ordered a tally wankler from the ol' moonshine highs. Next fing i know I've got 2 shoeless sandlewood shakers on each side if me. Now im not the type of bloke to tell porky pies outside a school but dang if i do and danged if i don't. 5 stars all around mate. I for one will be frequently tying the proverbial knot if you get my driwft.
