Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Not answering my emails. Wish I'd seen the other reviews here. Have had to initiate a dispute via my credit card company.
Dreadful
Dreadful! I’ve been waiting 15 days for my order. An email response stated that there were problems with the tracking labels! My last contact 5 days ago stated that the delivery would be here in a” couple of days”. Three more email- no response! Avoid!

Awful. Don't use. Waiting 16 days so far and nothing. I'm on a 4 week subscription too. They took my money no issues and said my order was coming in the next few days twice so far.... and nothing. Avoid avoid avoid.
Wait time ridiculous
I ordered the protein bars and waited 14days for them to turn up. For a UK based company this is pretty poor.
Taste is actually not bad!
But I think due to amount of time it took for them to arrive I won't be ordering again
Terrible
Terrible. Advertised kids bars with joyful colourful packaging with lots of cranberries present and received plain bird seed bars with NO fruit whatsoever and see through packaging/ totally unlikely to be consumed by a child- had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. A total disgrace have asked for a refund but not holding my breath.
Never received no refund
I didn’t receive my order after a promise of refund, that never happened and a very long wait I ended up putting a dispute through PayPal who refunded me immediately. Very disappointed I will not be using again.
Mouldy and inedible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Received my order of different seeded slices. All unopened but had gone completely mouldy within two days. Disgusting. Large blue mould spores. Have contacted customer service for a refund. Won't be ordering again.
Edit: despite several emails from company stating that I would receive a refund. It's never arrived. This company should be investigated.

I ordered some seed bars and they arrived but the bars are just in clear plastic with no labelling or ingredients information
They sent an information sheet about each flavour, but no packaging. They delete any of my comments online
Bad Packaging and Bad flavour
I ordered some seed bars and they arrived but the bars are just in clear plastic with no labelling.
They sent an information sheet about each flavour but there is no Best Before or Use By which is illegal.
The only way I can store these is by labelling each bar myself.
I have also tried one of the Maple bars which isn't very appetising and has a burnt taste.
I have a feeling that to use these I will have to break them up and use in other food to hide the flavour.
Didn’t get what I ordered
Really wish I’d read the reviews on here before I ordered. I have not received what I ordered or anything like it. I ordered separately packaged bars, instead I’ve received what appear a pack of 4 slices of unknown flavour and some vacuum packed rubbish. Pretty sure this is a complete scam so not holding up any hope of it being sorted. AVOID!
Unfulfilled delivery and no customer service staff
They appear to have no admin staff, so I wonder if they are about to go bust. My order had missing items, so I emailed five times the ‘Store’ and ‘Customer Service’ addresses; I submitted a ‘Contact Us’ box; and I sent a letter by post – no reply. They do not have a telephone number either. I had paid with a Visa credit card, so have submitted a claim to Visa to reclaim what Seedful charged me for non-delivered items. I used to like the product and have a Seedful account, but I shall no longer buy from them.

My order arrived today and I have to say the bars are absolutely delicious! They are crunchy and just a little sweet but not too much.
I highly recommend them as snacks instead of unhealthy foods.

Zero customer support when product is faulty.
I initially contacted Seedful via their info@ email address in June regarding several mouldy packs of slices that were & still are well within date until 26th August. I was eventually emailed back & promised replacement packs, which never came. I made contact via Instagram & was assured this would be rectified. It wasn't. I then emailed the CEO via their hello@ email address. No answer. 2 weeks ago I spoke to the CEO himself on the phone, & he assured me that he would sort this out immediately. 2 weeks later & nothing! My emails, Instagram comments & messages & now phone calls are all being ignored. Customer service this awful beggars belief, if I could give zero stars I would.

Love this healthy bread, which I get on a fortnightly subscription, so save 15%. Always well packed and occasionally they pop in a free sample of something new to try.
I've seen the comments re Customer Service but they always reply really promptly with me. I wonder if there is more than one email address and if one is not monitored?

If I could give minus stars I would wish I had read the reviews. Ordered several packs of slices and one unopened packet arrived very mouldy even though a long date detailed on the outside.
I messaged several times with no response. There is no phone number and eventually after replying to a request for a review, I doubt they’ll post it. I received an offer of 10% off to which I replied I didn’t want a discount I wanted a refund!
I was expecting to receive some words of apology and maybe an extra amount refunded but had a very curt response and 1 packet refunded.
No explanation no regret. Shocking!
Never buy from this company such poor mouldy product and zero customer service.
Makes me laugh on their website how they rave about being on Dragon’s Den and having celebrity customers, don’t be fooled by these claims. I’m sure there are other businesses out there who would happily take the custom.
Do not order from this company
I placed an order for several packs, as the one I had bought in a supermarket had a long shelf life. The order arrived promptly but most of the packs were already on or just after the use by date. I tried repeatedly to contact the company but no response. I have now come to the last packet, use by date July, and despite being kept unopened in a cool pantry, it’s disgustingly mouldy. I shall never buy direct from them again
