Order delayed 17 days and damaged; appalling customer service
Having waited 17 days for my order, and after complaining many times, asking for the whereabouts of the order and a refund (I got a single email on day 7 saying the order was on its way, but that was never fulfilled), I received the order damaged.
The bag of sylibum marianum arrived broken, bag opened and contents spread all over the box and bread items. There is virtually nowhere to make a formal complaint, customer service is unresponsive.
What is the point of having a good product if the service around delivering it is so bad? Will not be recommending this to my clients anymore

I have been waiting over a month for an order. I have requested a refund 3 times and have not received any response. In addition you cannot contact them by phone, only email.
Mouldy bread and non-existent customer service
They sent me bread that was already mouldy 2 months before its sell by date. They don’t respond to any emails that you send them asking for a refund. Their website hasn’t been updated for months so perhaps they are going out of business and trying to make money while they can. Don’t order from them!!!
Warning: Terrible Experience with Seedful Store
I, like many others, placed an order with Seedful Store in late November 2023 and am deeply dissatisfied with my experience. My order (#5970 ) never arrived via UPS. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I have received no response regarding the status of my order or a potential refund.
It is astonishing that a company with such poor communication and delivery practices is still allowed to trade. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I am now pursuing a chargeback claim through my bank.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from Seedful Store. The absence of customer support and unfulfilled orders make it an unreliable choice for online shopping.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed a large order (#5940) and several of the unopened packets of bread are completely mouldy, despite being well within their best before date. I've tried contacting the company twice and they are completely unresponsive. I will have to raise a chargeback with my credit card company. Seedful should be ashamed of their poor customer service and I will never be ordering from them again.
Order never received, impossible to get a reply
I ordered a substantial amount of products and never received the order via UPS. Despite several emails I received no response, there is no phone number to reach out, I also should have read the reviews first!
product gone down hill, poor quality control
Loved the loaves and even the early sliced product. However quality and control have both deteriorated massively, we now regularly get two wafer thin slices and two huge doorstops in each package.Not good enough for the cost of this product. Since involvement of Dragon’s Den product has gone downhill fast real pity.

Mouldy inside the packaging
Have bought this bread in various stores a number of times. It is a great idea but poorly executed.
1. The Damson flavour slices nearly broke my teeth: I found large chunks of stone in the slice.
2. The natural flavour went mouldy inside the packaging, 4 months before it's best before date. This happened several times. So I don't think the packs are well sealed.
3. I have tried writing to Seedful but the have failed to provide any response.
The company need to improve their processes, both manufacting and engagement with customers. I don't think they will survive the marketplace as they are.

DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!! This company is a scam. I placed an online order, they took the money and failed to deliver. Evri still waiting for my delivery - been “in transit” for over a month and still not with the courier.
I’ve emailed, messaged via WhatsApp, instagram as well as trying the mobile number. Absolutely no response to all communication. This company is a scam and is fraudulent

I am like all of you recently. The order went through, the money has been taken and DPD have sent through intial link that they got the order but it has not been sent to them. I have spent £80 on my latest order and they have not delivered. They must be a way for them to respond to emails - totally disgraceful. What is the solution?
Buyer beware: No communication and no order received
I ordered from this company a month ago and still nothing delivered. They have not responded to any of my emails and use Evri to deliver who are also uncontactable. I have now contacted Paypal for a refund and will not order from this company again

I should have read the previous Trustpilot reviews. I am in the same position. Ordered several loaves of bread several weeks ago, got an email saying it was dispatched but the tracking link shows Evri has not received them from Seedful. I have emailed twice and received no response. Is this a sham company?!
Beware! Do not seem to be fulfilling orders
I love the bread and Waitrose was out of stock. Like others here I have paid for 6 loaves plus delivery..then nothing. Now almost 2 weeks. No reply to email. Something is wrong and I'm very dissatisfied to say the least. Don't waste your money.

Should have looked at the reviews here before I ordered. I love the bread, but as other have said I've had one email confirming that the order was dispatched and then DPD never receiving the order. After 3 emails sent in the last 2 weeks, no reply from Seedful. Also paid for 24 hour dispatch which clearly hasn't happened. No existent customer service and delivering no product.
Avoid ordering directly from Seedful - shocking service!
How I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews of Seedful before placing my order! It’s now 10 days and I have never received an acknowledgement of my order and to date have still not received the bread. I have emailed the company twice asking for clarification. The money was taken out of my account a day after I placed the order. What am I supposed to do now as they do not reply to emails and there is no telephone contact number 😡
Lovely healthy products
Lovely healthy products. I have seedful slices every day for breakfast with a bit of jam or a spoon of unsweetened peanut butter or sliced banana. Once you get over the fact that it's not exactly bread, you can start to enjoy the taste and texture. I love it now, and it feels like a healthy start to the day.
Ordered six loaves from this company on 8/2/23
Ordered six loaves from this company five weeks ago. The money has been taken from my account but I have received nothing. Have emailed three times but no reply and no contact other than an email on the 10 February saying they had been dispatched !!! It is now the 15th March and I have heard nothing ….. followed tracking at Evri who state they are waiting for the package.
Thoroughly disappointed in this company as service is non existent. If they are oversubscribed and cannot keep up with orders they should at the very least be honest and inform people.
