I put an order in October but have received nothing. I have emailed them 2 or 3 times but have been ignored. I am going to contact a consumer programme to see if I can get my money back.
Success…got an order!
Having endured same as many previous posts of no deliveries and monies taken…..I had an email about any orders before 15/12/22 from Seedful, customers should notify them. So based on that I ordered again but just a small order and WOW…I got my delivery.
So now after believing the fault is with Seedful…..I am changing my mind and believe loss of packages and lack of deliveries are with EVRI. There so many complaints about EVRI.
However Seedful did not defend themselves when i and many were trying to contact them. Undoubtedly the company has changed but at least I got an order. The accompanying invoice was rather tacky.. but adequate. SP.

You will not receive your product, I ordered £100 worth of loaves etc. as my local area didn't have any, on 16/11/2022 but have not received anything to date.
No reply to emails and no phone number to ring.
So I repeat:- DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered 6 Heart of Nature loaves as they became unavailable from Ocado and Waitrose.
Money was taken from my account on 2nd of December but I have still not received the order which it appears has never been sent to EVRI for dispatch. Like everyone else I've sent countless e mails with no response from Seedful. Dreadful customer service they don't deserve to survive.

Seedful are not responding to emails re lack of delivery. Item was ordered, paid for and a subscription set up on 24/12. The next payment is due on 24/01, which Seedful will not allow us to cancel for 6 months, and the first order has not been received. No contact number is available for queries.

I have been promised a refund from Seedful - it appeared to coincide only with my credit card company getting in touch after I'd raised a compliant, however. All prior emails had been ignored. I would suggest, therefore, asking your debit or credit card company to intervene if you still have not heard from Seedful.
No delivery and I’m being ignored
Same as everyone else on here. Ordered a month ago. And still nothing. They obviously saw the order as they informed Evri. I tried last year and must have emailed about 20+ times plus instagram messages plus twitter and Facebook. I did speak to someone eventually who agreed to resend the loaves but they didn’t. I assumed it was just an error but it looks like they’re either in trouble or this is some sort of scam?

I have placed an order begining of December, still waiting for the delivery. I have sent multiple emails and a message on facebook, no answer. I don't understand as this company sells her products at waitrose. I may be in the same situation as many people (after reading review)... and probably never receive my order.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Placed an order, no goods received and no communication. Have pursued a charge back with my credit card company.

Placed an order on 23rd November and product was in stock at the time of ordering. Now a month later have still received nothing and the shipping site (Evri) has not yet received the package. Have sent numerous emails with no reply and there is no contact number to reach them.

Before placing my order of 6 x 550g THE HEART OF NATURE Welcome Pack I messaged Seedful ltd through their website why after 4 years of buying their products I could no longer find them in shops. I received the following response: "SEEDFUL Store

Due to the rising problems in Eastern Europe and collapsing supply chain throughout Europe we were force to re-structure our business to keep our products available in the future. It meant rapid developments in our investment program and build of bakery plant in UK. Unfortunately not all has gone to the plan and we have not been able to speed up, which caused numerous problems with production and purchase of seeds and grains. I am very happy to say that we have just finished the initial process and fired up the bakery in UK. All orders will be process in the next few days. I would like to apologize for the troubles this has made. Trying to show our appreciation to our clients and compensate, as much as we can, for the caused inconvenience, we will be adding extra loaves to try with each order. Thank you again for your patience and supporting our brand. Robert Sak ( CEO )."
I thought this sounded like they were getting their production back on track and on this basis I ordered directly from them. The order took over 4 weeks to arrive after their email saying it was ready to ship. There was no reply to my emails asking when it would be delivered. There's no phone number. No response until an apology the day before they dispatched it. My order was eventually delivered on 2nd Dec. All the sealed packets all have mouldy product inside but a best before date 28 Feb 2023. I have emailed Seedful for a full refund. No acknowledgement yet. Im waiting to hear. The worst part is that i am now having throw food away which I try hard not to do.

Ordered Heart of nature bread and all loaves arrived on 24.11.22 mouldy. Wished I had read these reviews first!
Same story as the other reviewers. Sent an email with photos of the mouldy loaf and not one reply yet. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Disappointed and monies taken from card account.

Last two orders haven't arrived. No response to multiple emails over months. Have been trying to get my subscription cancelled for months.
Worst customer service and no delivery
Order place and accepted on 8th November 2022 product was in stock. Money taken but still no delivery a month later and no response to numerous emails. Unable to find any contact number.
Good product when you can get it but the worst customer service experience ever.

Rip-off, uncontactable, do not buy from them!
Ordered six loaves of Heart of Nature Bread on 13th November (£23.88). They arrived 2 weeks later. Every single one MOULDY, had to go straight into the bin. Have photos but can not put them on here. Company has no telephone number for contacting. Sent several emails, not one single reply. Requested refund. No acknowledgment, no refund, in fact this company is a complete rip-off. They will take your money very quickly and then disappear and are uncontactable.

Very much the same story as the other review. Order placed on the 18th. Evri tracking on 22nd says they’re expecting the package. Nothing changed. Emailed and facebook message sent. No reply. Disappointing. I want a refund.
Awful company
Like others I would give no or negative stars if possible. I used to buy the vegan bread in Waitrose but it has not been available for weeks so I ordered online in 18th NOVEMBER 2022. It advertised 48 hrs delivery, however, nothing arrived. On 30th NOVEMBER 2022 I tried the tracking app they supplied. At first it said the bread had been delivered two hours earlier (which it hadn’t) then it said, “damaged in transit” contact supplier. Seedful does not have a registered phone number so I contacted by email and of course have received no response. I then checked this website and noted just how many people have the same experience as me.
Appalling service, if the company exists in a few months time (abd I doubt it) I will never order from them again.
Seedful poor customer service and still no delivery
Orders bread and rolls 15/11/2022. Received email 21/11/2022 saying my order is on its way. This was meant to be sent out the next day so already disappointing! Keep checking EVRi tracking which says they have been expecting my items since 18/11/2022. Emailed Seedful 4 times and still no reply. Email is the only way to contact them. This is extremely disappointing as they are the only gluten and yeast free bread I've found. Now requesting a refund via my credit card company.
Awful customer service and non existent order
Made an order 15th October and after 4 messages and two requests for a refund, I have just received an email (27th November) to say the refund has been actioned. Absolutely awful, well non existent customer service. One generic email a month ago stating their are issues and my order is on its way. What does it take to communicate well?!
