Soo worth the price! An absolute steal !!!
I discovered Sendegaro through Google search for Dolce & Gabbana Outlet. And I must say, their prices are soo good 😄 Their Black Friday sale did not fail to impress either, just bought some Amore Pumps and a Devotion bag for my girl friend and they came in just 2 days via DHL!!! I can't wait to give them this Christmas ❤️ Buying from Sendegaro is a total steal!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Dolce & Gabbana bag-the Graphitti AMORE beige one. Item arrived in a very small package formfitting to the item. Bag itself was squished in a very small dust bag, not original to the product. The handle of the bag is warped, damaged. I don't know how this bag passed quality control at Dolce & Gabbana, which makes me doubt the authenticity of the product
There was no invoice in the package, packaged in a soft cardboard box. Customer Service is like pulling teeth, poor intermittent communication giving you the round about not resolving the issue! not releasing a return label...SO BUYERS BE WARE...be prepared to pay around $200 to ship your defective product back.

Excellent!
I placed an order for a Dolce and Gabbana Sicily handbag. The bag was shipped approximately 3 business days later and was shipped FedEx international priority. It took 3 business days to arrive but the bag was packaged well and arrived with all the paperwork that it would have if purchased in a local store. I love the Sicily Sunflower handbag and I am pleased to say my experience with Sendegaro was great! I would gladly purchase again. Thank you!!

This was exceptional. I had no idea what this site was and landed there from a google search on “dolce dress sale.” Checked that the reviews were positive and the origin of the company seemed legit and figured worth a try. Items arrived to NY within three days and they’re perfect! I know the line well and they’re real, new, just from past seasons (obviously). Highly recommend.

Absolutely awful, worst experience ever.
Absolutely awful, been waiting a month for my order and still haven’t received it, no contact and no response from customer service. Ruined my daughters birthday as it was her main present and irreplaceable.
Still no order, no refund, no apology. Absolutely disgusted and would never use you again and I will certainly let everyone I know not to either.

Your response is misleading and inaccurate. You invited me to review your service in Trust Pilot, based on my experience. You are obviously upset by my review in Trust Pilot which is negative, just like the other 17% of POOR/BAD reviews. You are approaching 1 in 5 dissatisfied reviews - you should take note - as I said in my email we all cannot be wrong . My email to you indicated my intent as I wrote "I am going to complete the Trust Pilot review you sent because other customers should be advised to beware". No mention of 'forcing a return', 'hurting' the company or anything else.
Your silly and hyperbolic response below, in addition to being inaccurate and misleading, is a poor reflection of your company - your response does a good job of hurting your own company. If you responded to my emails and you might make some progress with this issue.
Flagging my balanced review in Trust Pilot is wasting time for all concerned, especially the Trust Pilot platform, which is such a valuable channel for consumers.

I purchased a D and G dress from Sendegaro. It arrived perfectly wrapped and on time. Unfortunately the dress was not the right size. I emailed Sendegaro indicating I would like to return the dress. After a second follow up email from me, they responded and asked me for the dimensions of the box I would need to return the dress. Although confused by their request, I sent the dimensions of the box the dress arrived in, which I kept. That was over 3 weeks ago and no response has been received. I sent another follow-up email, and still no reply. Very disappointing response. Buyer Beware!

Ordered a bag, took the money and it didn’t even come. Took me about 2 weeks to even speak to someone about a refund. All seems a bit dodgy. Will never order from there again.

Service was abysmal
Service was abysmal, took weeks to arrive and the quality of the bag I bought is disgusting the clasp doesn’t keep the bag shut so all my things fall out. To return the website has “please email to return” I haven’t had a response so I have a £80 handbag that can’t be used hanging on the back of my bedroom door that will never be used. Everyone who I show it too says “ohh that’s not a bad fake at all is it!” Which is disappointing when it isn’t a fake! Avoid this company at all costs or be left disappointed!!
