Unfortunately due to BREXIT and our policy making it clear that customs + VAT charges will be applied for orders over £135, by law, customers must pay the fees back to HMRC.

I placed my ordered Gucci hand bag on…

I placed my ordered Gucci hand bag on 27-28th May to use for my birthday party on 13th June. I received the Gucci handbag with a damage on the bag, I told the company and took them some time to send me free tickets return. I return my parcel on 9th June and now my birthday party already a week passed. I still haven’t heard anything from the company. I send them email on 18th June asking for how processing, but I have no reply:( . A bit disappointed. I spend $1,009 but the service is not good enough. Today 21th June I still haven’t heard anything from the company. What should I do now!

Upon looking into your experience, as mentioned before, it seems that your return may have been delayed through customs. This may be due to covid and brexit causing turmoil of issues for couriers around the world.

I am giving 3 stars not because of quality of the product but for very poor customer service. I purchased Dolce Gabbana sweatpants. Sendegaro shipped it on time but Fedex screw up on delivery. I was at home when I recital a notification on my fedex app that package was delivered to my place and left by the front door. I went to check on my package right away after the notification. Guess what? Package was not there. I checked everywhere, the whole building but no package. Obviously I called Fedex and let them know. They started investigating to locate the package. After talking to Fedex, I Emailed Sendegaro, and that’s when I was very disappointed. after a day or so Sendegaro contact me back and told me that they couldn’t do anything since Fedex shows that package was delivered. Pretty much accusing me of lying in order to score a refund or another item. They said that Fedex refused to investigate farther due to Delivery confirmation status on the package, while Fedex was calling me and trying to locate the package for me. Obviously Sendegaro never contacted Fedex or did not try hard with them. Anyways, after 3-4 days Fedex calls me, apologizing that package was delivered to the wrong address and resident of that address dropped it off back at the Fedex office. I got my package delivered same day. I was ready to pull the camera recording in order to prove to Sendegaro that package was never delivered to my address. Luckily my building has cameras in every single corner. Honestly I am more disappointed than angry because quality of the product is very good and its 100% authentic. Also prices Sendegaro provides is great. Only one and very big problem is that Sendegaro customer satisfaction is not 100%. You can not accuse your customer of lying right away and not even trying enough to resolve the problem. If not a honest resident of the address that package was delivered to, I would spend over $300 for nothing.
Although I had a bad experience and still can taste it, I am willing to purchase another product from Sendegaro and give them a chance to make it right.

Appalling customer service, poor quality items

Bought a pair of D&G heels for a client. When she wore the shoes for the first time, a month from the date it was delivered to me, the heel gave way which clearly indicates a defect in the shoes. Instead of sendegaro to offer any sort of remedy or even a partial refund to cover repair they just ignored my emails. When I tried to use the chat function the customer rep claimed it was wear an tear??? How can this be on the first wear. The heel gave way within an hour so it was clearly defective. This has been a really bad shopping experience. I will never buy from this store again and i really question the quality of their items. Probably rejects.

I received my item ( A Gucci pouch)…

I received my item ( A Gucci pouch) that i actually though was a coin purse but to MY pleasant surprise it is a actual medium size clutch!!! Imagine my joy and at the great price I paid, it definitely was a Great shopping experience and will be buying in the future!!!
