This is the second project that I have worked with Servers Australia. Their sales and technical team are superb. I worked with Josh. He is outstanding. He knows all of the products and is able to make suggestions to save money and increase efficiency. His suggestion of the Veeam backup server removed 90% of my backup headaches and saved $$ on a dedicated backup server. When it came to deploying my network I was helped by Tim. He was able to handle every technical issue. He was able to push through technical issues, and when there was a problem with a vendor he proactively followed up and resolved the issue. The rest of the team gave some good backup. I asked for something late in the day and got this message: "Hi Brett, Tim's gone home for the day though I'm happy to do that for you..." the best decision we made so far was moving to SAU. Other companies are not so responsive in billing, ordering, and customer services. The network support for complex BGP routing issues is priceless. Communication is very good, and they only contact you when you have, they don't bombard you with emails or promotions. Access to cages is easy, and they have lived up to their promises and our expectations. No nasty surprises or unexpected costs. So very good, consistent service.

Overall the service provided is excellent

I called support when I was out of the office and having difficulty fixing a database issue from my phone. Jackson was so helpful he fixed the database issue for me instantly while I was on the phone.

First class support by actual people who are only too happy to provide information. Having worked in support over the years you get to know who actually cares and who is meeting KPIs and the support staff for Servers Australia are in the former. Jake was recommended to us by out IT company , he was extremely professional , the process of opening an account and designating our service was quick and seamless .

An issue happened on our dedicated server. I contacted the SA support. I was logged onto our server and then the support engineer did also. He saw the problem and tried to identify the cause which was not obvious. After doing diagnostics it was suggested to restart the applications. The engineer assisted in this process and the applications restarted and our server was again fully functional.
He monitored and assisted me in getting our server fully operational again. Excellent support. Very impressed

Servers Australia have been hosting our B2B website for over 5 years. Our cloud server is rock solid and the customer support is absolutely top-notch. Communications about planned and unplanned outages is excellent too. We're a small business, but SAU always make us feel like we're important - nothing is too hard.
