For the last several years we have received nothing but, good old fashioned awesome, faultless service. Look no further if your looking for a provider that keeps you update and uses only rock solid hardware.

We wanted to clone a totally obsolete VPS (that we cannot upgrade for technical reasons) based in London to provide better performance for clients in Australia and New Zealand so approached a number of Australian internet providers for advice on how best to go about this

Servers Australia gave us the best advice out of all of the companies we looked at, running our needs past their technical teams to make sure things would work as we needed. They advised on a dedicated server running VMware ESXi so we could upload the same disk image we use on the London server. Their pricing for the server spec was the best out of all the suppliers we looked at

There was a problem with the networking of the system when it was first provisioned which was sorted out very quickly. There was a second problem assigning IP subnet masks within ESXi which was a known issue with ESXi and again they advised us very quickly on a workaround to avoid this causing problems again

We had the server up and running once these two issues were sorted out.I wouldn't knock off any stars for this as it proves that we can rely on their support and they know what they are talking about when we run into problems

Fantastic service is what you hope for in any company but with Servers Australia's staff are quick to communicate, understand your question, provide a solution or if it's outside of the scope offer a reasonable fee for it to be actioned for you. They have great servers with fast access thanks to their fast network. Glad I moved to Servers Australia. Best of all, they have an Australian run in-house support team. Level 1 support needs more work to see things, otherwise when it gets escalated an issue it starts moving. And the last thing more monitoring on network in real time

Servers Australia have been amazing. Their support was honestly some of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. We've used their dedicated servers with custom networking supported by NSX and virtual machines backed by vSAN so it was a reasonably complex setup, and the whole team at SA was amazing in terms of support, response times and flexibility. Highly recommended!

Their support team is amazing. I've contacted them countless times over the years and they always provide me with prompt responses, keeping me in the loop at all times. There doesn't seem to be much these guys don't know and no question I have is 'too stupid.

Worst service experience I ever have. They claim they have 100% SLA but they just do not provide it. They will lie to you without any issue. Will have downtime for hours and providing no information at the time or any reduce of monthly cost. Their network is just trash, constant packet loss, high latency spikes, downtime and so on. Their support is not 24/7 available and not helpful in any way, If they do not know anything, they will just lie to you. Whenever I try to contact them I need to wait for hours for response on ticket and when you try to call them you will just listen to some "music" waiting and nobody is calling back. And now when we try to cancel our services after 5 months not being able to use the service they will ask you for some "service termination fee" which is huge, not reasonable and doesn't provide information how they calculate it. Not recommending it to anyone.

EDIT: This was sorted out and the "termination fees" were waived. During termination they've informed me that they had an upgrade of their network which resolved the issues but cannot confirm it as we've already moved our server to another service provider.

Support team has been excellent, getting everything we need sorted in a timely manor. Deployment of new servers is fast, and cost is great especially for Australia.

We're a gaming company and compared to other hosts we've used in the region, Servers Australia by far has the best network both domestic and international.

Can't complain at all, highly recommended. One of the very best hosts we've ever used.

Once we had the billing issues sorted it has been a smooth transfer process
