There is nothing that I can complain about. Not being a hardware person at all it would have been nice to have some examples of the capacity of each server offering eg hits/hour or some easy to understand by the layman metric

We have nothing but high praise for Servers Australia (SA). We can only very highly recommend them. Our services have been supplied by SA for over 10 years and without them our business would be nothing. The advice, attention to detail and communication are second to none. SA has had our back for the longest time, and we have no intentions of going anywhere else. If you're looking for an awesome knowledgeable, reliable, high level, state of the art provider then look no further than Servers Australia.

As you are aware, it is early days yet but things are moving reasonably well as indicated subject to us having to work in with your systems.The communication appears to be very good & we have no complaints at this time.

I joined up a few weeks ago after rising costs with my former host forced me to find another provider.
The sales team were excellent, answered a LOT of my questions and did so reasonably quickly.
Once I signed up, my server (cPanel/CentOS7 Dedicated) was up and running within about 20 minutes. I was able to get my hostname, name servers etc all setup pretty quickly and all of it working without any intervention by technical support (AWS for nameserver cluster).

The service has been great, the speed is excellent and the pricing is actually reasonable for what I am getting. So far, without the need to actually use support, I am incredibly happy with the results and service of Servers Australia.

I will endevour to update this review should my experience be extended or changed in any way.

Hello, our experience thus far, via phone chats and online support staff have been very friendly and helpful we’re possible. My grievance is we have a wonderful server ready to go and still unable to use it for our purposes, and weren’t made fully aware of the need for managed services, to assist us for our desired results.

Firstly the Sales Dep was outstanding - Kirsty O'Grady well done!
Technical team need to have the same presence as sales. - E.g. maybe label them as Technical account managers. Would like updates as my service is onboarded. Basically allocate a Tech to my account from post sales to online setup.
Really no issue with the service provided as I have been in the DC environment for 14 years. - Well done great service. If you need a reference site or ME1 contact for onboarding clients let me know.

The service we received from Servers Australia has been Excellent!

We were with Host Gator for the past 9 years and had a dedicated server with over 1,000+ client websites on it that kept crashing, so enough was enough and we decided to move servers.

Worrying it would be to hard to transfer servers due to the amount of websites we had Servers Australia had made the whole process very smooth and easy.

What we really appreciated was the amount of updates and quick responses along the way which kept us calm.

The new server has been excellent and wished we had done this along time ago.

We've been using Servers Australia for a good 18 months now and cannot fault the service. Our account manager Ben Danili is always on the ball and looks after us really well, he must work all hours as we are in the UK but I can always get hold of him during UK hours in the morning. The support team are great and always resolve our issues promptly. I'd have no issues in recommending ServersAustralia

Since changing from shared hosting to servers Australia I have noticed speed increases in every site. And most importantly customer service has been second to none, best group of guys I have dealt with!!!!

They have a quick response of any tech questions regarding the data centre and very friendly.

Our company has several virtual machines hosted with SA. While their support is great, they we able to provide exactly what we wanted for our server infrastructure. When they recently upgraded our infrastructure to VMWare private cloud, our VMs all started running 3x faster. We've also been seeing performance that is frankly astounding.

Highly recommended - we got a great deal, full failover and sci-fi levels of performance!

Just completed testing on a new project and the entire team, from the CEO down, were highly professional and very accomodating. Technology is truly great when it is backed up by excellent knowledge and great service.

We've been using Servers Australia for the past 3 years after trying many local and OS hosting companies. Hands down, they are the best we've ever used. Aside from the guys in support who are always extremely helpful and accessible, I highly recommend Ben Danili in sales who has been instrumental in delivering a server that meets our requirements.

We are a 24-hour, 7 day a week ferry operation and run our booking software on a server hosted by Servers Australia. Weekends are our busier days, and over the weekend Servers Australia had their servers down on both mornings whilst they moved their servers. This meant that our system and online bookings were down during that period, which we had been informed of in advance. However, the server move ran over by several hours meaning we were not able to access our booking system or manifests, sell additional tickets or check-in customers for our morning ferry departures. The lack of care from their customer service department when we contacted them for assistance and further information was concerning. If you want reliability, certainly do not use Servers Australia.

This was not the first instance or downtime we have experienced but rather something that occurs regularly.

Having used Servers Australia for over 18 months now, I can honestly say they are one of the best providers that I have had the pleasure of working with. A very reliable platform, great levels of communication, stellar support and the pro-active nature of their operating approach allows me to sleep better at night knowing all of our clients are in good hands.
