Very helpful discussion with Callum from Sew Centre when I was looking for a new machine. Knowledgeable about the functions alongside comparison to price. No pressure just logic and options. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick on the day we agreed.
Overall excellent experience I would go back again.

I made an enquiry at Sew Centre regarding a part exchange with a purchase of a Janome J3 24. I received a phone call from Ben, the next working day, and a purchase was made. Ben and another lady I spoke to were friendly and helpful. My machine arrived 2 days later.

I bought a sewing machine at a show, and was given a really good deal. This was enhanced by a lovely package of extras. Unfortunately DPD played silly bugg3r5 with the delivery, but that was no fault of the shop, who liaised with them to expedite the delivery. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Easy to deal with and offered product at a very good price.

I can't afford to get my machine serviced every year, but when I do I find its great - a new sewing machine again!

Ben was so very helpful when I was looking for a new sewing machine. And Chris kept me updated with delivery. Can't praise them enough.

Staff were very pleasant & helpful, showing me sewing machines & overlockers, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with my purchase. Although there was a problem with the delivery of the overlocker, however they sorted it very quickly.

I wanted to wait a little while before leaving a review so I could thoroughly test it first.I must say I am absolutely delighted with the sewing machine and incredibly satisfied with the service provided by Chris and Ben. They were fantastic!The only thing I am still trying to figure out is how to select the special stitches using the dial on the right side, but I am confident they will be happy to help me out with that next time.A wonderful local shop with excellent customer care. I never usually write reviews but felt I needed to this time. I have just purchased a new machine and it was quite a big investment. The service I recieved from this company was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sew Centre just get it right! I reached out to them and Ben Hardcastle came back to me straight away and took time and effort to find out what I needed, then provided me with all the information in written format! When I made a purchase Chris Cleghorn took over my care and was always available throughout the whole process. My overall experience was that they really have a passion for getting it right and making sure the customer is happy. I certainly feel it was a very positive experience!

Both Ben and Will were very helpful in trying to diagnose a problem with my Bernina over the phone. Had to send the machine back to the Sew Centre where Will found the problem and gave the machine a good check before returning it. Same problem occured which we found was due to using variegated thread. As soon as solid colour thread was used on the machine it worked perfectly. This problem was using a long arm quilter.

Kept me informed throughout, friendly and reliable. Willing to go the extra mile and when there was a minor issue (not with the work) they dealt with is straight away, no hesitation. Will definitely recommend and continue to use.
