Pitiful. Why Walmart uses this incompetent system I'll never know. First got an email saying my application have been accepted by sheer ID. Then another email saying oh we made a mistake we need to review please send us more info. So I sent more info and then they said my maximum attempts has been reached and there is no further option.

Student verification fails when trying to restore my Perplexity.ai education plan. I receive a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error, there is no way to contact support about this issue.

I am extremely frustrated with SheerID’s verification process. Their automated algorithms are completely broken and refuse to verify my legitimate student status despite me providing every possible official document: Student ID, University Certificate, and government-issued tax proof.

The customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times only to receive generic, copy-pasted automated responses from 'support agents' who clearly haven't even looked at my attachments. They keep claiming they can't verify me but refuse to provide any specific reason or manual assistance.

It’s a 'black box' system that fails to do its one job. If you are a student trying to get a discount, be prepared for a technical headache and a wall of automated silence. Spotify and other brands should really reconsider using such an unreliable provider.

There's reply is bit slow but give the reply and solve the problem very professionally.

Many unresponsive and duplicate emails received.
Especially hard, since New York State documents were rejected,
I was eventually approved after hours of my own research-I could easily have been directed to the approved document. instead of several emails that directed me to unacceptable documents. I raised this to 2 stars, only because I eventually was verified.

Didn’t work and then support was slow and unhelpful.
