Good work all round
Booked through Toyota insurance. It was a little annoying that the links to book online kept expiring, but I got a call one morning and arranged the repair a month in advance and later that day there was a cancellation that was offered.
The gentleman who did the repair was lovely, and he did a fantastic job tidying up a few small dings and scrapes.

The whole process was very straight…
The whole process was very straight forward from start to finish. My car was booked in to be repaired at my work, which was really convenient for someone like me, who is constantly busy and on the go. The engineer turned up early.. which was a massive positive for me. Few hours later, my car was sorted and looked brand new. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend.
