Great - eventually
First guy turned up, and said repair wasnt possible in time slot provided so had to re book a full day repair. New guy turn up and did it in half the time of the origianl time slot. Fantastic job.

I had visits from 2 different technicians,
The difference between quality of work was unbelievable!!.
2nd guy was professional from the start and did a superb job , pretty much repair to first visit that left me very unhappy after a rushed incomplete job was carried out.
