Bought products on the site and noticed an offer of a free Stitch or Angel plush for spending over £75 I built up my basket to go over the £75 as stated and selected a free Angel plush. After a few days I got the dispatch confirmation, 2 emails as the items were packed in two boxes, but no mention of the plush. I waited until delivery in case it was in one of the boxes, it wasn't, I then checked my account and it showed cancelled, I then contacted the chat function on Disney Stores website, after much conversation it came down to me being offered a free delivery code... I was stunned, so in exchange for a nearly £30 item free delivery was offered, I argued my point but was told that it was all that could be offered, I then sent an email outlining my displeasure only to receive the same again, and a refund for the free item that was cancelled! How generous! To think a company the size of Disney cannot honour its own offers is just incredible, I'll think twice in future about where I spend my money.

Absolutely appalling company! Returned an item 6 weeks ago and although they've received the item back I'm still waiting on a refund. Two phone calls later and still no joy! They've confirmed they've received it, twice, and although they can see a refund was issued they haven't actually refunded it and need to take it up with their finance department, which seemingly doesn't help because I've called twice and getting nowhere. Joke of an overpriced company!

Bought an expensive Lego set for around £250. Was poorly packaged in an inappropriate sized box and arrive quite badly damaged. Won't bother buying from here again.

I placed an order for some toys and clothing for kids but sadly had a horrible experience. The workmanship on the kids T-shirts are pretty poor. My Christmas bauble arrived smashed. Customer service refused to replace the damaged ornament with the same. Won’t be buying again.

Well the magic has really gone, what a shame. There is NO customer service here at all, the hold music makes you want to kill yourself. I would happily give all my money to Disney but I just won't anymore. They don't want to help me so I will stop buying from them. What an appalling experience

Disney will absolutely scam you. Do NOT fall for their regular "offers" such as the promise of a free gift. I needed only one item from Disney, for my child, that cost only £25 - but I noticed they had an "offer" of a 'free plush' if you spend £50. So I bought additional items for the sole purpose of hitting the £50 total order value and receiving the free plush, which my child was excited for. The 'free' plush was added to the order and confirmed with the confirmation email. My order eventually shipped after a long, long wait and lots of chasing. Dispatch email notification received, no mention of the free plush on there. I asked when is the free plush arriving, they said "Sorry we don't have any of those anymore". I asked "OK that's disappointed but I am owed a free gift so what will you give me instead?". They said "We will give you nothing instead, but you can cancel the whole order if you want to return the items to us at your own expense."
I complained through the official channel, they ignored my complaint several times over. Eventually they sent me an automated response with 'compensation'. What was my compensation? A voucher for free delivery on my next Disney Store order. But, I had to use the voucher within the 4 days or it would expire.
So, they genuinely think that an appropriate resolution for a wronged customer (who is also out of pocket) is offering them the 'absolute privilege' of ordering more items from Disney Store. STAY AWAY.

Updated review on shopdisney, 0 stars for customer service! Evri stole my package and Disney refused to do anything other than open an investigation with evri. What's the point of asking a thief where a stolen item is? What thief is gonna admit it? Disney are refusing to refund or replace the stolen package. I provided them evidence that I'm not the only victim of evri and the cast member didn't care. I have a dispute open on PayPal but I'm not guaranteed to get my refund even through them and I have to wait a minimum of 11 days for PayPal to make a decision. Evri manipulate tracking so sellers keep siding with them. My package was at the delivery depot on Friday then Saturday back on itself to one of their random hubs and no update since. They deleted that from the tracking that it was at delivery depot then after Disney contacted them it's now showing on the tracking. They manipulate what they want you to see. Disney should have believed me as I showed them more than enough evidence of evri's shady ways. I also complained to them about evri when they were still known as hermes MULTIPLE times over the phone in the past. If ShopDisney cared about their customers they would offer other carriers to give us a choice who delivers our items and ideally NOT include evri. The treatment I've had from both companies is disgusting. All I can do is just pray that PayPal help me but like I said, no guarantee that even Paypal refund me my £171.54. Fuming!

Most my orders are usually fine, but when I did have a complaint, customer services did not help. We had some defective plates in the Stitch set, but the item had sold out, so if we had sent the set back for a refund, we couldn't get a replacement. My daughter loves the dinner set, so didn't want to send back. So I just asked for a partial refund to keep the set including the defective plates and they refused.

Considering this is Disney!! I’m shocked by the lack of customer service I’ve received, I ordered the Padme Amidala Limited Edition Doll on May 4th. I was on the website refreshing from 7:55am and as soon as it hit the site at 8am I had it in my basket, checked out and confirmation sent to me within 2 minutes. I later went on their website at 3pm that same day to see if it was still in stock, it was! So please explain why I’ve been refunded and told my item is out of stock despite being one of the first orders? Surely it makes sense to refund later orders made if you’ve oversold, not the first? Asked Disney for an explanation and was shrugged off and sent a coupon code for free standard shipping, wow. I won’t be shopping again if this is the experience you receive! Shame as I’ve got numerous limited edition dolls and a big Star Wars collector and this is the treatment you receive for being a long standing customer

Even when you send them their own rebound tracking information to prove they received your return they refuse to refund! If you take the risk to shop with Disney store just make sure you will definitely love what you’re buying as you won’t get your money back if you send anything back to them. They are also very insincere when you’re trying to resolve a financial issue with quips like ‘thank you for being our guest!’ It’s impossible to get anywhere either, I’ve had the same response about 6 times.

Horrendous company, rude and unhelpful customer service. If you can buy it elsewhere, do. Will never shop here again.

After reading all of the negative reviews on here I was dubious about making a purchase. However, 20% off was hard to resist so I did and well, I had no problems at all. I ordered late evening around 9.30 on Monday and it had arrived by 13.30 Wednesday after choosing express delivery. No problems with Evri either. Overall a great service.

Disney Outlet canceled my order after a week, I purchased a doll which was advertised on their site at a discount cost, A Week later they said sorry we are out of stock! Then why the Bl++dy hell is it live on your Disney site? They should Honour the sale, It was their Mistake not mine?..The Negative Reviews below say It all with this Mafia Company.

Picking the colour and size of clothing is classed as customising? You can not apply a discount on customised items. Biggest scammers and wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

Ordered adult womans original customised Mickey Mouse sweatshirt. Ordered pink which looked good on site but when it came instead of Mickeys face being white it is pink same colour as sweatshirt which makes the sweatshirt look like a second. Price not cheap and bad point they use Evri. Will not buy from them again.

I ordered from Shop Disney quite a lot of items in the past, and they’ve all arrived in prestige condition with amazing packaging. All the packaging included bubble wraps, good quality box and always on time.
I am not sure about the bad reviews that it tends to get, but i consider myself lucky and fortunate that i never had issue with any item whether it be arrival, packaging or the quality.
I still have my £30 LE Kida doll from there, and even with all the website discount because nobody was buying her at the time, she was still packed up with a lot of care and passion.
Other items i’ve bought also were few dolls, and their quality is really good too.

Bought Disney's 'Nightmare Before Christmas' 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle from Florida Disney World Magic Kingdom Main Street Store in July 2023. Given as present in November, took several weeks to complete. Only at end did we realise there were missing pieces so very unhappy. Pictures taken and sent to merchandise guest services to get missing pieces, complete replacement, or credit note. Was told that as outside 30 day period and I could not take it back to US store no help would be given. I live in the UK, it was a present given some time later, and it took a long time to get to the stage where we realised it was defective. No understanding or leeway from Disney at all. Dreadful quality control that it should be defective, and an appalling lack of understanding from a multi-million USD company in refusing any help. Do not buy from a Disney store if you are not from the US and don't want to have to travel back, or your purchase is a gift and will not be checked until after 30 days.

I have spent a lot of money with Shop Disney over the years. However, I have made the decision to no longer purchase from them.

I have had to fight (for several months) to get my money retuned to 3 refunds. Their live chat has been disabled for months for refunds/complaints, you sit on the phone for well over an hour to customer services who promise to follow up the issue and never do. Emails through the website remain unanswered unless you chase and chase, and then they stall by asking you for information you have already provided. Each refund I have had to chase has taken 3+ months to resolve. One is still outstanding.

A warning not to buy Pandora products through Shop Disney either. I purchased a charm through Shop Disney... it broke off after only 3 wears. Shop Disney tell me they can't help me because it is a Pandora product (although purchased through Shop Disney). Pandora tell me they can't help me because it was purchased through Shop Disney. I take this information back to Shop Disney and am told 'sorry, we know it's not the answer you hoped for, but we cannot help you. You need to speak to Pandora'. UNBELIEVABLE.

This company used to be faultless and now is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

It breaks my heart to say it, but I would tell anyone and everyone to avoid Shop Disney like the plague.
