This site is a scam! Takes your money. Gives you fake shipping information. Emails tell you not to worry. Refund requests never answered. Same email address on all locations. Tammy Lucinda doesn’t exist!!! All research said they were trustworthy!! They are NOT!!!

I placed an order on Nov. 4th. I haven't received my order yet. No tracking information. Tried to email and my email won't get delivered. Paid too much for shipping. Just would like to know if I'm getting my purchase. I ordered too easily now I feel I have been scammed. Will be more selective on where I order from now on. Wished I could get my money back!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shopline, and I feel compelled to share it. We decided to subscribe to Shopline based on the promises made by their salespeople, who assured us that migrating from Shopify would be a breeze with just a few clicks.
However, the reality was a stark contrast. The major letdown was their customer support. Before subscribing, they pledged to "always be there for us," but this commitment vanished once we became paying customers. Our concerns and inquiries were met with silence and indifference.
The migration process from Shopify to Shopline was far from straightforward. It involved more than just a few clicks, resulting in a chaotic mess with stock discrepancies. We tried to seek assistance by providing detailed explanations and even creating a video to illustrate our issues. Yet, Shopline's response was nothing short of frustrating. They refused to acknowledge the root cause and, instead, engaged in pointless arguments.
Moreover, the so-called "free" apps they initially promoted turned out to be a deceptive scheme. They were only free for the first 500 items, after which they demanded additional payments that far exceeded what we were accustomed to with Shopify.
After a week of futile efforts and countless frustrations, we returned to Shopify. If you're considering subscribing to Shopline, I strongly advise you to think long and hard. There are far better alternatives like Shopify, Easystore, or Sitegiant, which not only offer better service but are also more affordable.
What made this experience even worse was their "no refund" policy, which they insisted on, although the problems stemmed from their platform and their team's unhelpful attitude.
In summary, my experience with Shopline was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Avoid Shopline if you value a reliable e-commerce platform with responsive customer support.

Placed an order for two items purchased through 'The North Clearance Sale', an ad placed on Facebook. It appears shopline was the store manager for this sale and the items; but I've heard nothing back from either the seller or anyone else since placing the order. Scam, scam, scam. Do NOT trust this company or any one to do with them.

Scam Alert. I got scammed by a company called Bauetry.shop. After 3 weeks and no tracking number received, I emailed them and got a copy of the order receipt. Today, (07/13/23) I emailed them again and it bounced back as an invalid email address.
Hi, this company doesn't have a high security for filtering scammer companies. I reported a scammer company which they provide service. I was a victim of the scam. But no response from Shoreline. Better avoid this provider and any websites powered by Shoreline.

Hello guys! do you check on the companies you work with? it seems there are a lot of scams happening, including to me. Are you really checking on companies?
Firstly, may I say that I disagree that I have to even put a one star rating in order to write a review at all. Sometimes services do not require even a one star.
I paid for my items and 3 months later still have not received them. I emailed the company and have not received a reply. I have contacted them again in the hope of prompting them to send my items. Here's hoping.
I thought that shopline would be a great useful tool for me to boost my sales for my online business, but I never expected to have almost zero technical support from their customer success executives with regard to my business. There was no help for me in integrating my domain to the shopline interface. I shall take it as my loss and move on from it using other channels.

Cons:
1. It's restrictive in terms of what we can write in our contents
2. The ShopHub which allows us to update different platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and the website does not help reduce inventory uploading. In fact, I still need to enter the contents for the various platform manually
3. SKU number has to be generated manually
4. Monthly subscription is more expensive than Shopify and doesn't seem to do more than Shopify
Pros:
1. Good and prompt after-sales service
2. Website is easy to set up with many templates to choose from
