No use for Virgin Bank customers
Attractive savings rates and a relatively straightforward onboarding process with a pretty good app too. However, I'm a Virgin Bank customer. I was getting error messages when first trying to link my bank account so I could transfer money into Sidekick. After some to and fro with the helpful team at customer services it turns out that there's a technical problem which won't be resolved for an unknown period of time. So two stars for sounding great but technology not up to it. My money is now with Zopa at a very similar interest rate and am closing my Sidekick account.

Great Service
I’ve been using Sidekick for several months now and love the easy access through the app. There is understandably additional security for altering email information and Sanji was very quick to respond to my request, completing the process for me within a few minutes, once the security info had been supplied. Great service!

Positive customer service experience
Contacted Sidekick's customer service as needed documents to support a mortgage application - all received quickly, plus a swift follow-up when I needed a further document. Great support received from Sanji - thank you, it was appreciated.
I've found using the app straight forward and opening accounts straightforward. I find the weekly Market Pulse newsletter a good read.

Sajni in support helped get my deposit expedited via the compliance review. Their response was very prompt. I've had a few accounts with sidekick. The service always seems to be good.
