I have been with silqmist for over 1 year now, I only buy my wigs from them. The communication via Instagram is impeccable, the service is so personable - you are treated with respect at all times, and I’ve grown to build a lovely relationship with all that work there as I’ve been going consistently.

My hair is always done to perfection & they allow you to ask for the hair done a certain way and I feel comfortable saying what I do and don’t like.

Avoid this company at all cost! They are scammers!

Order takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. I think that is way too long. You should have a better delivery process. Thank you

I was happy with the closure wig I brought. Very good quality hair and it lasted me a very long time. I got lots of compliments and many people asked where I purchased wig. I also paid a good price much cheaper then other places and for the price the quality was amazing

The quality of the bundles are very poor. I bought body wave bundles in October made a wig. I’ve worn it a total of three times the shedding of the bundles OMG TERRIBLE my bathroom floor will be covered in hair it is so bad. The bundles knot up when running my fingers through the hair. Better off going Ali grace my bundles are still going strong nearly 4 years on. Another thing at the time of my order I paid for Express then I was told my order would be delayed then I said could I get my express fee refunded they said no we sent back and fourth and then I just left it couldn’t be bothered. Then they sent me an email to say they are going to refund me the delivery cost. It’s like a supervisor saw the email chain and realised that was wrong. But anyways just avoid buying from this company I have not cut my bundles either the shedding is insane.

Terrible hair quality. Took ages to arrive and the customer service post complaint was handled awfully. Absolute waste of money.

I had a great experience. I needed hair urgently with fast shipping. Silqmist responded to my queries quickly and the hair was received the next day. The bundles are gorgeous and the quality of the transparent lace is amazing. I’ll be ordering again.
