Be aware of this company the customer service is non existent.
They are great when taking your money overnight but try returning and getting your money back is another thing.
You call them and they are so rude but buying from them is another thing nice as pye.
I am still waiting for nearly £300 after the carriage fee they charge for the return of stools that I returned on the 12th Dec, it can take up to 10 working days they said (up to not will ) but how come they can take your money overnight to send out the next day but giving you it back they they can’t tell you and don’t know when it will be.
When I called them to ask if I would receive it before Christmas the reply was I can’t guarantee when it will be …shocking really,
I will never buy from the company again.
Stay away awful customer service very rude.

Still no refund on the 31st December, to be then told by customer services that they haven’t received them to there warehouse yet and are still with DHL due to the xmas period which is a load of rubbish as DHL have proof they were delivered back to there warehouse on the 15th December, and have sent images with details over to them by email which is a waste of time as I have sent two emails and never even had a response from them even though they are sat on a few hundred pounds of mine .
Honestly stay away from this company they just tell you a pack of lies when you call them.

I ordered 3 barstools from this company which arrived unassembled meaning it’s impossible to know whether they would be comfortable or not without assembling them. On doing so the reality is they were as comfortable as a hard rock so we decided to ring the company to arrange a refund and return. They advised us that we should have read the small print and that once you’ve assembled them you can’t send them back. All very frustrating and disappointing.

Excellent service. The couriers almost let the chain down by not delivering when they were supposed to. I queried this with simplybarstools customer service (very quickly answered), a very helpful chap called Will helped sort out my query. The stools arrived, great quality, everything there, easy enough to assemble (just 4 screw/bolts). They look great, in time for a party. Very happy!

I have issue with the lift of the barstool, it would not move up and down.
Contacted Simply Bar Stool. I am happy with their speedy response and the replacement parts for the barstool's lift mechanism!

I recently purchased the Eleganza Signature Real Leather Bar Stool in Charcoal from SimplyBarStool, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and delivery was impressively quick. The stool itself is a fantastic product — very sturdy, beautifully made, and the real leather is clearly high-quality. It looks great in my home and feels built to last. Highly recommended!

Contacted customer services and was told to send pictures of faults with chair. They were misaligned bolt holes in the seat, and the lever which raises and lowers the chair wasn't attached.
They sent a video back, which my husband watched then tried the 'repair', it didn'twork.
They also referred to a broken foot rest, I have no idea why!
I have now contacted them three times since the video, which they have ignored.
Terrible customer service.

Ordered two bar stools. Speedy prompt delivery. Unfortunately one had very slight damage to the top. Contacted customer service immediately, and no quibble replacement. Absolutely blown away by the excellent service this company offers..Beautiful breakfast stools and extremely comfortable.

I could not see how the bar stool went together so called Customer Services and Mel worked it through with me. Great result as I managed to put both together and now have two fabulous leather bar stools in my kitchen.

Simply terrible customer service.

Ordered 3 bar stools, 1 base was damaged, 1 pack of screws to assemble the stools was missing. Made contact with Simply Bar Stools and was advised that replacements would be sent to me within 1-3 working days. 1 week later I made contact and was made aware by customer services (Mel) that the order hadn’t been shipped as yet, with no explanation but said she would investigate and call me back the same day to advise a resolution.
The following day, after no phone call had been received, I came home to find the replacement order at my front door.
I called customer services again (Aidan) to discuss the matter and to speak with a manager, to be told “manager is on lunch, would you like me to put in writing to you our policy on returning items” which had nothing to do with my reason to speak with a manager.
Aidan was confrontational, defensive and evasive.

Promised call back never happened.
Faith has been completely destroyed with ever having any further dealing with this company.

Avoid

Great price for Lamboro stools. Had a problem with one of the bases of the 3 stools I bought which was sorted out with no fuss.

I had a problem with a strut on a bar stool I bought 6 years ago. The stool was one of a pair. The finish on the stool was no longer available so they very kindly renewed the metal work for both stools free of charge. The communication was exemplary and the whole thing was sorted and delivered within 4 days. I would highly recommend them and give them 6 starts if possible.

I ordered 4 bar stools from simply bar stools they were a great price & prompt delivery. I was very happy with them they look amazing in my kitchen unfortunately one of the bases was scratched. When I emailed the company about this they promptly responded back with sending out another base . Great service I will definitely be using them again in the future

We ordered 2 barstools and were impressed with delivery and quality.
We reported a damaged plastic collar and received a replacement within 2 days.

We ordered a stool in December that became faulty. Mel sent us out a replacement faulty element without any quibbles. We were asked to send a photo and we were responded to immediately. We were sent the part and an easy to follow video of how to change the part.
Great service and communication. Will recommend and use again
