The hair extensions I received from Simply Hair SHED EVERYWHERE. I have worn extensions for over 25 years and I know how to care for them. The shedding was out of control - I found hair on absolutely every surface of my house, and even in meals that I would prepare. The shedding was so excessive it clogged my vaccum and required that it be disassembled and serviced. And now Simply Hair has doubled the price of their extensions. They are the worst extensions I've ever worn, and I advise anyone considering this company to save your money. This product

I have used simply hair for over 6 years
I’m not happy they came thinner and some strands started to frizz after 2 mths
I contacted customer service to be told it’s the placement (never) my extension lady is amazing at her placement
Offering my a discount in the next order was shocking just one pack of bee hair should of been offered as I’ve been a loyal customer for many years
Disappointed don’t buy the hair

Delivery is always really fast and reliable. Love the products especially your foil just great patterns. Customer service is on point. They get back to you very quickly and always try there best to get your inquiry sorted.

Obsessed with my new personalised apron !! So easy to clean and I’ve been having a subscription with my foils for a while now and they never forget!

I have been having nano tip extensions for years, decided to try simply hair ones, quality of the hair is okay and the colour match is so great for my hair, but they are the most uncomfortable awful hair extensions I’ve ever had , I can’t even describe how sharp and painful they are, I want to rip them out they are that bad. I’ve never wasted so much money, I had them removed and put back in with the advise of simply hair and they are still terrible and so uncomfortable. I’m so disappointed and upset, I’ve never left a bad review anywhere but I feel I had to leave this to share how bad my experience was

Now 10 days since I applied for a refund from this company .It is supposed to take 48 hours and I can get in touch except for an AI response

Ich war beim ersten Termin zufrieden, deshalb habe ich Simplyhair nochmals eine Chance gegeben. Leider war die zweite Behandlung sehr schlecht – das Ergebnis war ungenügend und absolut nicht zufriedenstellend.

Nach meiner Reklamation wurde ich nur hin- und hergeschickt: zuerst sollte ich eine E-Mail schreiben, dann kam am nächsten Tag eine SMS, ich solle selbst anrufen. Am Telefon konnte mir die gleiche Mitarbeiterin nicht einmal erklären, ob ein neuer Termin für mich kostenlos wäre oder ob ich nochmals zahlen müsste.

Für mich ist das inakzeptabel, unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und kann Simplyhair nicht empfehlen.

Perfect! Love it! Only negative is the plastic tops quite a few of them have slipped out but doesn’t really matter as can be redone! I do love them though so happy to of found this place! And super fast delivery!!
