Great products and prices - super fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

Hair is spot on as usual love everything about it but left a little sour note on my late delivery…

I’m extremely disappointed with SimplyHair. I had their hair extensions professionally fitted and within just one month, the hair turned a brassy orange tone. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering they state the extensions should last a minimum of 3 months.

When I reached out to their customer service team, instead of acknowledging the fault, they told me to use a Malibu C Hard Water treatment. I followed their suggestion and even had my professional hairdresser repeat the treatment — it made absolutely no difference. The discoloration remained, which clearly indicates the hair is either poor quality or improperly processed.

Despite this, they’ve refused to issue a refund and instead insisted that I remove the extensions from my head and post them back to be “assessed.” How is it reasonable to expect a customer to go through the time, expense, and inconvenience of taking out professionally fitted hair just to prove that a product they supplied is faulty?

Their handling of the situation has been dismissive and unhelpful from start to finish. No accountability, no care for customer satisfaction, and no fair resolution. I’ve been left with unusable, orange-toned extensions after spending a significant amount of money.

I would strongly advise others to avoid SimplyHair — both for the poor product quality and the unacceptable customer service. I’ll be pursuing this further through small claims court if necessary.

Buying was so simple and the apron is great the girls at my shop love it would definitely recommend

Ordered an apron and its massive the straps keep falling down and is really wide. I ordered the faux leather one and smells really bad of fish!

This hair is the best hair I’ve ever had I don’t know what I’d do without it , the quality the shade the everything it’s honestly next level and it’s not even as expensive as other hair brands that aren’t as good , I’ve bought 3 sets from here joe tape extensions and honestly I’ll never ever try anywhere else again simply hair is now my life lol!

Absolutely love everything I ordered, my pink pvc apron is so nice n good quality, prices are really good too. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but may have been because of the Christmas break. Still worth the wait tho 🫶🏻

First time ordering from Simply hair.
I ordered 3 packs of hair foil in different patterns.
Royal Mail delivered them and left them in a bin full of water.
I emailed explaining the situation after logging a complaint with Royal Mail, thinking I’d have to wait weeks for them to refund simply hair then they resend them to me, but Lauren emailed me back and re sent the order and it come the same day! Amazing customer service, can’t wait to try out my new foils. Thankyou!

First time I've ordered from this company and I put an order in on Black Friday for one of the foil deals, after a week I still had no update on delivery or postage so contacted the company, they told me it must of got lost in the post so they sent a replacement out that day for 24 hour postage, which suprise it never showed up, on the Shop tracking app it was showing it was still at prepare for shipment so neither order was even been dispatched after been told both orders had been sent out. I did get a refund after requesting but I would never use them again.

The items I bought all of them are just brilliant and a good quality as well. Happy with my purchase!

Wouldn’t use any other company for my clients hair extensions or the foils for my salon! All great quality and nothing to fault. Customer relations are fab and they are kind and helpful

Couldn’t agree more with Toms review about the Black Friday scam - both times during today I was on it and had the item in my basket and went to pay both times got kicked out saying nothing in my basket. It was not an error made by me. I don’t think it’s genuine at all!

The biggest Black Friday sale scam ever. Gets you to sign up then as soon as you hit the link at the exact time it goes live it’s out of stock. Total liars
