Singularity GmbH took over my VAT returns for 6 EU countries in October 2024, and I paid upfront for 12 months of services in July 2024. At the end of February 2025, the Polish Tax Authorities cancelled my Polish VAT due to a lack of filing of VAT returns since October 2024. I have provided Singularity with all the data they requested. There are missing returns in other countries as well. I reported the issue in Poland and did not get any reply by email. I called them several times, but no one responsible was available. They were supposed to call me back, but I did not get a reply by email or a callback. There are several penalties to pay from tax authorities in countries such as France and Germany. My previous emails about notifications from tax authorities were never answered, even though I have tried to reach Singularity GmbH via phone or multiple times by email. Seems like a fraud rather than an actual genuine business. I'm contacting the solicitor to plan my legal action against that company.

Singularity helped with VAT registration in Germany and France, but when we got notices from the German tax office, they stopped replying. Despite emails, calls, and complaints, there’s been zero response. Their lack of support has put our VAT compliance at risk.

Terrible. Receiving tax demands for unfiled returns and no response to emails sent multiple times over course of weeks. Big mistake to use them.

I have using the service for more than 1 year. The whole team is really supportive; especially Sagar Manjal, who is highly knowledgeable about our products and respond promptly to our inquiries, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently and to the our satisfaction.

I will continue to use their services.

Very unreliable company. Documents received from the tax office forwarded with a huge delay, or not at all, which caused problems with the tax office.

Terrible communication, responses to e-mails takes up to a week. Despite clearly formulated questions, support sends irrelevant answers and avoids answering the question and drags out time, which leads to non-compliance with the tax office deadlines.

You need a reliable partner in tax matters. You don't want to risk fines and inspections from the tax office.

Definitely avoid this company!

Just like everyone is saying on the Trustpilot, the person handling my file is "in a meeting". I made a payment and I have 0 answer since then.

After reading all the existing reviews, I decided to share my own experience with this company. Unfortunately, it follows the same pattern: they are very friendly and helpful until they receive payment—then they become completely unresponsive.

They ignore emails, and repeated calls always result in the same response: the secretary says that Mr. Kaiser is in a meeting and will call back. Of course, that never happens. It’s shocking that a company operating this way hasn’t faced legal consequences yet.

I have also noticed that Singularity actively censors negative reviews and adds fake positive ones. Instead of trying to manipulate their online reputation, they should take responsibility and resolve the mess they created.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to share your story here or on other platforms. The more people speak up, the harder it will be for them to continue these unethical practices.

Given how many of us have been affected by Singularity’s dishonest business practices, a class-action lawsuit may be the best solution. Together, we can achieve more.

We submitted for Singularity service in September 2024. Until today they haven’t filed even single VAT return for us, we are missing all deadlines and they even don’t reply our email anymore.

Singularity were extremely efficient and effective in handling all of our enquiries. I felt lucky to have Sagar Manjal handle our cases and would recommended Singularity to anyone looking for VAT and TAX assistance for international business.

Worst ever! We paid annual fee for 6 EU coutries. First submissions were supposed to be done in October but it is end of the year and only one was sent! Unfortunately it was submission which was not supposed to be submited. Automations do not work, emails are not being answered and ther "portal" is a joke! Total mess. AVOID! UPDATE: Notice the obviously fraudulend 5* reviews from new accounts lately. Report them by clicking on flag icon under the fraudulent post.

!!! CAUTION AVOID ABSOLUTELY !!! Don't trust this company at all, they've never done my VAT refund declaration despite my numerous email reminders... I've had big problems with the authorities because of this company.... never trust this company

the worst ever tax agent. Stay away! They just disappeared at some point. They wouldn't answer to any emails, and then after some time I received irrelevant emails. I am happy that I switched to another agent...

It's been awful few couple of months after switching to them due to Amazon deprecating their partnership with Avalara. My emails have not been responded for weeks! Retrospective return charges are over inflated. Have I known, I would never switch to this provider. Unless they get their stuff together and start delivering a good service, I do not see any chance continuing with them.

Awful experience so far. I moved to Singularity from Avalara when they ended their agreement with Amazon.

Singularity were very helpful and responsive when they wanted to onboard us. I have had zero useful communication from them since, have no access to any of the VAT filings so no idea if they have been submitted or not.

They do not answer emails, their UK phone number does not exist.

I needed a correction to a VAT filing, they charged €600 before they would even communicate on the matter. Avoid at all costs.

I contacted Singularity in May 2024 for a VAT registration in France. At the time of writing this review, I still do not have a VAT number and I have not had a response from them for several weeks. Deplorable service, I strongly advise you to use another service provider

They forwarded us a request from the German tax office saying that we would hear from them within 5 days. Although we have repeatedly urged them, no one has contacted us, it has been more than 2 weeks. The deadline for a reply from the office has passed today and no one from this company cares. We have replied to the German office ourselves. Which is not easy when you have no idea what they are asking - that is what we had this tax office for. Clearly money wasted. Terrible service.

Very bad service. They created my vat 1 year after my request and they don't want to refund my vat even though it's included in the services they offer.

It's been a year. They only registered me for VAT in 1 year. arrow. no problem. But they declared my address wrong. I write to them and they get back to me within a week. I am very sorry for choosing you. You are too slow. It's not reliable. They misrepresented my address and first asked for money. Then they said okay. But it's been 2 weeks and my address is still going to change.
