to cheap in all means -
under VAT filing these guys understand that they will send you an email....pls pay blablabla to the french HMRC thank you - : ) - : ) they dont even attach a file or ask for approvement of the wrongly made file/figure and dont add any more of their blablablabla
they also dont answer emails and are well known to HMRC Germany for their wrongly and late filing

Achtung, die deutsche GmbH mit deutschem Geschäftsführer scheint nur eine Scheinfirma zu sein. Die deutsche Hotline wird immer nur von einer "Empfangskraft" beantwortet, die angeblich die Anfragen weitergibt. Es kam nie zu einem Rückruf. Kein Kundenservice auf Deutsch. Auf Probleme wird nicht eingegangen, oder man muss es 10 Mal 10 verschiedenen Leuten via Mail erklären, um dann eine irrelevante Antwort zu bekommen. Dann geht das Spiel vor vorne los. Mittlerweile setzte ich in CC alle mir bekannten Emails und komme seit Monaten trotzdem nicht weiter. Ich bin wirklich sprachlos, dass diese Firma als Amazon Partner auserkoren und empfohlen wurde.

Worse than terrible. This company will cause you endless frustration. They applied for my VAT registration, and every month I inquired about the status, they told me it wasn't registered yet. Eventually, I contacted HMRC and discovered it had been registered four months earlier. Due to their negligence, they missed reporting deadlines, resulting in a penalty for me. Their communication is equally poor, with a different person asking the same questions daily. This company will drive you to the brink. Avoid them at all costs.

great job from Singularity and Sagar, persistent with the German tax authorities until we got the right result.

Con artists- pay for their service through Amazon for Germany VAT - asked to register and they advised that a few of 300EUR is payable and also for the return if they miss the filing date (I already pay for this through Amazon). Subsequently refused to pay and 1 month later received an email from Amazon that Germany had closed my VAT number due to the lack of activity. I have now since received another email from them essentially attempting to scare me (they have received a letter from the German tax authority confirming that my annual tax returns are due) asking for a further 300EUR to file these even though they have been filed monthly through the paid service on Amazon- when repeatedly asking them why should I pay when my Amazon subscription covers this they dodged the question multiple times and then advised that this is for an expedited service - these guys are nothing but con artists and shame on Amazon for allowing an introduction to such a company!

They told me that in order to complete and close my German VAT# I had to pay for a certain amount of fillings, which I did. 2 years after, I found myself that they "missed" one vat return (which they never quoted to begin with) and expect me to fill it or pay for it as extra, even when I asked for EVERYTHING needed to shut down my VAT#. Very unprofessional.

Tried to use them for VAT registration in Germany and UK. Got charged, but no service provided. Calls are not being returned (please leave a message, we will call you back, aha). Rare emails are senseless and not addressing the issue.

I am waiting for 2 weeks that they check my documents this company is a fraud, horrible service for amazon seller. It should take 2 days to check my documents for vat registration.

Worst company ever! Don't even consider this company if you want timely responses to your inquiries or solution to your existing issues.

I found new 13 positive reviews, all 5 stars just between 20-23 July! Shame on Trustpilot site, how could we trust this site anymore!!
My old review on 10th January was:
"So bad service, they're so cool before getting your money, after you're charged, then prepare for long waiting before you're able to speak to someone, no call, email response, no service, just a waste of money and time, just avoid the headache! Don't be fool like me, their offer was attractive, then they just disappear, they showed first that they're based in Germany, then you will be referred to Pakistan, Turkey and UAE!"

On 13th July 23, I received an email from F.P. asking how they could resolve my issue with them! It's quite surprising that it took them 9 months to address my concerns after leaving such poor service and only after noticing my review! Furthermore, their comment on my review stating that I was "reluctant to let us assist" is puzzling. I made it very clear that my review was genuine, and there is nothing to resolve now after leaving them and having a new agent, and that it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them or receive a response. There was no way to complain to a manager or escalate the issue.

I'M NOT SURE IF POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE AUTHENTIC; JUST AVOID THE HEADACHE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Singularity has filed an incorrect annual declaration for my 2020 return and I got a notice from the German Tax Authorities. I wrote them an email to correct this situation and they replied with an automated answer that they will get back to me within 2 working days.
A month and a half has gone by and Singularity still hasn't answered, even though I contacted them several times. Furthermore, the deadline set by the Tax Authorities has passed 2 weeks ago and they just refuse to answer me.

Singularity was assigned to me as a tax agent in Germany by Amazon, as I have contracted VAT Services on Amazon to handle my VAT affairs in Germany.

Use Singularity or VAT Services on Amazon at your own risk. 100% they will mess up your returns and you'll end up paying more for proper accountants to repair their mistakes

Useless and unprofessional company. Find someone else to file your tax for you.

Alert! This company (Singulaity Gmbh) charges you for the service their perform, and then a year later they send you another invoice with made-up fees they call "Overage" with no justification and expect you to pay for it. Stay away, there are better companies out there.
