Sitebox kept me informed of my order. It was delivered within the time stated. Great service great product.

Pricing was good, delivery (sadly of the wrong product) was quick and the customer service agent I was dealing with, was always polite. Unfortunately, overall, they failed to deliver on expectations, leaving me with a delayed job and out of pocket. I ordered a transformer with next day delivery on Monday 16 March, but the wrong unit was dispatched. I called immediately on receipt and a collection was arranged. They would not send out the right unit until this one was received back - fair enough, but I did make clear that I had a job that week and need to have the matter resolved by then. The agent I was dealing with said it would be. The collection was late and, unfortunately, the issue was compounded by their subsequent refusal / inability to ship out the correct unit next day. We pushed the job back a couple days, with a promise of an AM delivery - one of the guys waited in, but unfortunately it did not arrive until 16:15 on Monday 23 March. In the end we had to buy a another unit from the high street at a premium to avoid any further delivery / wasted time. We didn't ask for any compensation or goodwill gesture, as think on a company how they manage these things, and none was offered by them. Unfortunate, as had good expectations of them, given reviews. Recognise and accept that the situation was compounded by the delivery company, which outside their control, but there were things that they could have done better to communicate and manage it. Would use again, but only for jobs more than a week out.

Product shoddy, packaging insufficient,delivery company dumped at wrong address, no signature and picture undefinable. Staff very helpful and communication exceptional however. Maybe just bad luck this time.

Great quality products, really competitive prices but speed and efficiency made the experience first class. I think 1 order was delivered within 24 hours!

This was the first time I have used Sitebox Ltd. Will have no second thoughts about using them again. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was exceptionally quick and items delivered are of good quality what more can you expect.

Overall happy with purchase but no updates , 1 item arrived ontime others days apart, checked emails but nothing to say all items would be delivered on different days.

Not a pleasant experience, never to repeated. Ordered on a Friday (BH ) not dispatched until Thursday. Should have been dispatched on Tuesday after the (BH ) No tracking information that was relevant to my order. Delivery due the day after, Friday didn’t happen till Monday . My sincere thanks to the person who helped get information regarding my order/ delivery . It’s a pity the rest of the business doesn’t function like them

DHL left the first parcel on my front step then said it was left next door but they took a pic of it on my door step, the parcel would have fitted through the letter box very easy.
This was not the fault of sitebox and after speaking to them they posted another one next day brilliant.

The product was what it stated and of good quality. The deliver was very quick. I would use this site again.
