Very smooth transaction and delivery- though it was to my neighbour who had to carry a VERY heavy box round to me ( but that is down to the delivery company not Sitebox!)

Ordered the ladder on Friday and it arrived by Tuesday, which was faster than expected. Delivery was smooth overall.

The only downside was that the online tracking information wasn’t very detailed, and the order status updates could be clearer.

That said, the ladder itself is excellent quality — very solid and well-made. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Says 400nm but is so weak, will never remove a wheel nut, totally pointless . Very disappointed

All items arrived very promptly. My only issue was I’d ordered all 3 items on the same day in the same order so assumed they’d all arrive together. However, on the day of delivery only one item arrived to then be told the remaining items will be delivered separately as they come from different warehouses. Just would have expected all items to be delivered together and only need to be in once to take delivery.

The product is very sturdy.
However, the instructions weren't great to follow, im glad my hubby was around and th washers supplied weren't great, the holes were too big for the bolts, so we replaced these. Other than that it os amazing, and I imagine will last for a very long time.

As before and as per my last review.. I called up to place my order which was an easy task with the operator straight to my previous order which she placed for me without any fuss. I was given a delivery date of the next day which was great... I had an update from the courier services to tell me an eta to which my order arrived.. Perfect

Pricing was good, delivery (sadly of the wrong product) was quick and the customer service agent I was dealing with, was always polite. Unfortunately, overall, they failed to deliver on expectations, leaving me with a delayed job and out of pocket. I ordered a transformer with next day delivery on Monday 16 March, but the wrong unit was dispatched. I called immediately on receipt and a collection was arranged. They would not send out the right unit until this one was received back - fair enough, but I did make clear that I had a job that week and need to have the matter resolved by then. The agent I was dealing with said it would be. The collection was late and, unfortunately, the issue was compounded by their subsequent refusal / inability to ship out the correct unit next day. We pushed the job back a couple days, with a promise of an AM delivery - one of the guys waited in, but unfortunately it did not arrive until 16:15 on Monday 23 March. In the end we had to buy a another unit from the high street at a premium to avoid any further delivery / wasted time. We didn't ask for any compensation or goodwill gesture, as think on a company how they manage these things, and none was offered by them. Unfortunate, as had good expectations of them, given reviews. Recognise and accept that the situation was compounded by the delivery company, which outside their control, but there were things that they could have done better to communicate and manage it. Would use again, but only for jobs more than a week out.
