i dont usualy leave coments or things like that on sites or videos but i acidently payed 100 instead of 10 20 and few days after i got it refunded after i email them top tier service sory for bad english

i subscribed annually without intention and mistake my me support replied right away and refunded me after a couple of days. that's the only thing i would make a suggestion about which is make the subscriber monthly option highlighted instead of the anual one. i know you are trying to make money (in order to provide the great coaching they have) but it wouldnt be better to save the work of refunding every time someone wrongly subs? Other than that everything is cool.

Accidentally bought a yearly subscription rather than a monthly one so I contacted support without any expectations due to the other online reviews. Not only did they issue a full refund, but they also gave me a link to get 10% off my monthly subscription. A+ service.

I bought a 12-month subscription some time ago. Many of the courses remain outdated for a long time after important changes are made; it's as if they don't care because information is already available. If the information is outdated and useless, that's your problem. The premade UI is buggy quite often. For example, it puts different add-ons on top of each other, blocking the view of something important while you're in the arena. I use a 100% skill-capped UI with no self-built elements and update my add-ons daily. Since I paid money for the service of not having to build anything in the UI myself, it's pretty disappointing. I won't recommend Skill-Capped. It's not because the information they provide is bad; they simply let too much slide and don't work reliably.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged the price for one more year (obvs. my fault). I reached out to Skillcapped and they refunded my money. Thanks for that!

At first I used the service for 1 year and got great coaching and advices. Then I stopped the game and the subscription automaticaly renewed so I had to reach them in order to get a refund. They instantly accepted. Great service, very profesional.

I got the year subscription by mistake, went foward and contacted the supporto. They promptly reverted and send me a 10% gift so i could come back as a montly client wich i did of course.
The site has a lot of short videos that are quite difficult to assimilate but if you persist you will find yourself better at the end of the day.

Skill Capped is hands down the best platform for improving at League of Legends. Their guides are clear, in-depth, and easy to follow, with expert coaching that actually makes a difference in your gameplay. Whether you're stuck in low elo or aiming for high ranks, their content helps you climb efficiently. Highly recommend for anyone serious about getting better at LoL!

Die letzte Aktualisierung der Guides von WoW Cataclysm ist 9 Monate her, keine Anpassung an die neuen Addons. Vollpreis bezahlt und nur ca. 3 Monate up to date geblieben. Absolutes No-Go. Dont Buy it

I must say that the current review that I see (3.8) would not be what I feel like the skill-cap team deserves. They are an amazing team that provide a lot of information for the game( I play wow) I’d say for someone new-ish it is perfect to help understand the game better. Also customer support is amazing

I absolutely benefited from the Annual Subscription. I was able to learn a lot about each role, and even got coaching in my main roles. I was extremely satisfied for the length of time I used it and would use it again. If you learn by experience and just from playing the game, I probably wouldn't recommend the service. But if you are interested in learning through videos, pro-content, tutorials, and personal lessons I 100% guarantee you will benefit from using Skill-Capped!

I did pay for membership to get the newly advertised addons. I pay and followed the guide. Of course there were some issue so I contacted customer support with detailed description and screenshots. All I've got was some excuses that they cannot find my account even though I send screenshot of it. Then they called it "UI" issue. After a week I asked for refund since I did not get what I pay for. I got answer that since I downloaded their addons I am not eligible for refund. Issue is their site blocked me with an error from this download. SCAM and horrible experience. Never more. I rate my experience 1 star at SCAM CAPPED.
