Hi Mr Hall,

Thank you for taking the time to explain what happened. When you contact us with straightforward questions, you should receive clear answers without being passed from one department to another. It’s also important that any conversation about pricing stays focused on what you’ve asked for — not on products you’ve said you don’t want.

Feeling pushed into a sales conversation, or spoken to in a way that feels overbearing, is not the experience you should have and I am sorry this happened. Being called back unexpectedly and having the same sales discussion repeated would understandably leave you uncomfortable and questioning whether your concerns were being taken seriously.
