Sky - Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, Gillingham Reviews 

We visited the sky stand at Hempstead Valley today
We were greeted by Neil who asked us what provider we had and what we required , he explained the various options in detail, based on our preferences
The Sky package we chose had more channels and the broadband was faster and saved us money each month
We signed up to Sky, with Neil explaining everything in detail for us
Jenny then assisted us as were referred to Sky by a friend , she to was so helpful
We received great customer service from Neil and Jenny, even though they were extremely busy with customers
My only issue was the weather was hot and sunny and the shopping centre didn’t have air conditioning
I was aware that there were no fans to help cool customers or staff at the stand
I think with the temperatures we are experiencing lately a fan is a necessity

Spoke to Lee today and I him to speak to my friend as I wanted Lee to have this as he has always help me over time and find the experience so easy when he explains stuff to me great staff here at Hempstead. Will be back again. Thank you Lee & Jenny

I spoke to Jenni and Lee who were really helpful and sorted my issue with sky mobile and went through options to benefit my TV package. Both made it so clear and easy to understand and so much better than the over the phone service

My phone contract with another company was coming to an end and I just wanted to check out other options.
Lee was really helpful and went over several options with me which have effectively cut my payments in half!
He also gave me advice on my current Sky tv and broadband package which is up for renewal. At no time did I feel pressured to sign up for anything. He wrote everything down for me to take home and think about, assuring me that I could go back to him at anytime for further assistance.

Got exactly the products we needed at a good price. We still need to install them so we don't yet know how well it works but we are pleased with the cancellation period if needed.
