Sky - Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, Gillingham Reviews 

We popped to Hempstead Valley shopping centre and spoke to Neil about getting Sky stream.
Neil was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and guided us through all the details to set this up.
We are really pleased with our deal and the great service we received.

We are coming out of a contract with another supplier and I wanted to speak to someone directly rather than just look online, so went to the Sky Stand at Hempstead Valley. Ian asked us what we needed and what we wanted and went through all the options available to us, explaining it clearly and allowing us to ask questions when we needed to. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us time to think about our options before we signed up. We now have a great package, which we find is good value for money. Great customer service so far and I definitely recommend them.

Ian was super helpful and listened to what we wanted. An easy decision to join Sky as we weren't pushed into it. Much better service than received from Virgin Media

Ian was very helpful in dealing with my enquiry to set up a new broadband and tv connection for my property. He explained everything and the whole thing was set up for a day and time convenient to me within 20 minutes. Speaking to Ian made the whole thing so simple.

Im paying £121 for both EE wifi and Sky tv, and on maternity pay... you get my drift. And weve been having trouble with EE connecting to our Sky Stream puck. So, we had a chat with a friendly guy caller Lee who walked us through everything, repeated everything, and assured us on a lot of things. He was great to talk to and made it sound all so simple. (Though with my baby brain, things don't sink in). I now get to save money.
