Fantastic service from the installation team, our broadband works really well in a rural Devon farmhouse.

Very accommodating and quick service. Installation was very professional and installer couldn’t do enough to place the dish in the right place and came back on a subsequent day to improve the position.

Andy got back to me after leaving a message I said there was no rush just as and when they could fit me in he very kindly squeezed me in he Got the job done Very efficient very polite would massively recommend. Will definitely use in the future.

I have to agree with the majority of people here, I have been with sky broadbabd many years and so far their service has been excellent.

After being a Skylight Broadband customer for a few years now we would just like to thank Andy and Carl once again for the quick response they gave when we recently lost service after we accidentally turned the mains power box off for the service. Rest assured if you have the service installed the after support given to existing customers couldn’t be bettered. Highly recommended for a good reliable internet connection especially if like us your living in a rural area where other connections are extremely slow.

Ignore... wrong company selected in error

Provides satellite broadband where no fibre exists or cant be installed. When the signal is active it's not a bad service, but in a typical month we normally lose a couple of days for outages (which are never explained, communicated, or apologised for), and signal strength varies a lot below the 30 Mbps we pay for. Better than nothing, but overall quite unreliable. Customer Service responds quickly, normally within a day, but never really proactive, or with details of outages or why there are poor speeds in service.

Answered e mail promptly. Attended fixed problem within short period of time. Great service

Our broadband had stopped working due to the receiver on the roof becoming loose. The engineer turned up and even though it was not the best of weather climbed onto the roof and sorted the problem.
There are a lot of people that would have taken one look and said no.
Cannot thank Skylight Broadband and it’s engineer enough.

This is a fantastic internet service, the staff are very quick to respond and you get through to an actual person that can sort any questions or problems, which have been very few indeed. Thank you for such great service, especially to Helen who is a great point of contact.

This was a new service offered via our holiday park owner at our static caravan. After a few ‘teething’ problems the Wi-fi is very good and it has allowed us to enjoy the facilities, I.e., smart TV, Google Home, iPad, etc. we have at home. In addition the customer care provided by the company personnel is excellent and professional. The cost is also reasonable and competitive. I can definitely recommend the Company. Thank you.

Skylight Broadband has supplied me with broadband for the past 4years using line of sight system to my static home in Devon without any problems whatsoever the speed is constant no buffering on tv streaming etc customer service is excellent I would highly recommend them.
