Helen is always very helpful if I have a problem with my skylight broadband, If all customer service agents were like Helen life would be a lot more pleasant. H

We live in a small communal farmstead consisting of 6 dwellings, all suffering the same unacceptably slow broadband via copper landlines with no solution to our problem. After years of complaints and callouts to BT I heard of Skylight through a neighbour in the next valley.
Inital contact was to set up a meeting to discuss solution as we live in a blind valley.
Their attending engineer was positive, with a can-do attitude.
As soon as my obligation was completed (pole erection, power etc)
They installed their equipment in one day and hooray, in one fell swoop the end of all 6 dwellings suffering of slow and non existant broadband, and at a competetive price.
Never looked back since.

Great local company, prompt response and they keep you informed and provide a service which is very reliable.

We are a rural based business so our internet connectivity options are limited. Like many businesses having a fast and reliable internet service is a must!

This is a great business, providing high speed internet in tricky places. After years of struggling with old BT lines, long repair times and distant call centres, we have changed over to Skylight and are very happy. This is a local company, hard working and close to their customers. I think it's fair to say Skylight have changed our lives. Very good customer service and great fix times for those rare outages, highly recommended, a breath of fresh air!

Great customer service to facilitate the set-up and the engineer who visited to install the equipment couldn't have done more.

Having for years a down load speed of 2.5 megs, I was recommended to Skylight. They were very helpful & sorted the system with 30 meg with upgrade available to 50 meg.

Skylight Broadband have completely changed our WiFi experience! Living in the middle of nowhere meant that our broadband speeds were ridiculously slow. Along came Skylight and now we have reliable fast broadband. If we do have any problems, and they are rare, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Really great support. Helen took her time to unpick what had gone wrong, couldn't have been more helpful. Technical issues were explained with clarity for a non techie like me and I felt we were joint problem solving rather than being bamboozled by someone like you do with some companies. Helen went t great trouble to get hold of us as well and was persistent until she caught us. I am really impressed with Skylight. We had a really unstable connection with our previous providers but this has NEVER FAILED!! Amazing considering we live in the sticks, very rural area with no mobile signal. I can work from home, attend meetings, watch NETFLIX! We feel we have joined the 21st century albeit rather late.

Excellent system that gives us an amazing broadband connection and speed. Far more stable and an unbelievable speed, so much better than our previous supplier. Customer service is outstanding, can not recommend them highly enough. A very happy customer 😀

Excellent service. Although my house is in a very awkward spot the installation went well and I now receive good broadband speed.
