From visiting their local branch at Burnsides where we were shown all the different log cabins and summerhouses to the installation everyone involved were very polite and professional and there was no pressure.
Special mention and thanks to Teresa at the Burnsides branch she was very helpful.
All workmanship was completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with our new log cabin and shed.

From chatting to Paul at Burnside garden centre to the 2 lads constructing the shed yesterday the service has been faultless, Choosing our shed with Pauls help was easy. He explained all the add ons and we were free to choose which we wanted. We opted for the 5 x 7 Apex with wooden base stronger floor and 21mm Log lap sides. Very good price. The lads from Solid arrived yesterday and worked together like Torvil and Dean, brilliant, great attention to detail, no mess, no fuss. Polite. Credit to the company. We are thrilled with our new addition.

I express my dissatisfaction with the installation of my shed and summer house, purchased from Solid Sheds in November 2024 for approximately £6,000.
Recently, during a period of strong winds, my neighbour noticed that strips of roofing felt had
started to lift. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the bottom edges of the felt had not been properly fixed or glued, leading to the issue. This is not a case of storm damage, but rather a failure in installation.

When I contacted your customer service team to raise this concern, I was met with an unwillingness to assist, citing the warranty’s exclusion of weather-related issues. Despite explaining that this was an installation defect, I was told that any visit or work required to rectify the problem would come at an additional cost. Moreover, the tone of the interaction left me feeling disregarded as a customer, which is unacceptable given the significant amount I spent on your products. I am very dissatisfied with the after care provided and would definitely not recommend Solid Sheds!

Lovely garden room from Solid sheds. From start to finish, they arranged erecting it, first electrical fit, plastering, second electrical fit and then we were ready to go, all with no hassle. I'm very impressed and definitely recommend

Really good service and a great shed. It may not be the cheapest but you need to pay for quality like this.

Love our Potting Shed. Bought from Burnside Garden Centre. Paul was excellent, and slab base built with precision by Kamil. Shame his work was covered up!

The installation was carried out by Jira and Chris. They were very pleasant guys and extremely professional. Extremely pleased and happy with the experience.

The finish isn't as good as expected for the price. Timber cut from the inside leaving the spelched timber showing on the outside. I paid extra for 22m oval timber and the door came with standard flat tongue and groove. I didn't want windows and it came with two windows, one window is silconed on the inside the other isn't. There is loads of clear silicone all over the windows and framework on the outside so that's going to need a lot of work to remove this prior to painting as the paint won't key to the silicone.

Excellent company that look after you from initial visit to view the sheds to final delivery and erection.

From ordering the shed from Gordale garden centre to the taking down the old shed and erecting the new shed was very smooth from beginning to finish.

Great service from Gerry at Newbank Garden centre. We chose a 10x8 Summerhouse and a few weeks later when we had prepared the ground the installation team arrived 1st thing on the agreed date and installed the unit with no surprises or issues. 2 great lads with a professional and customer focused approach. 2 hours later our summerhouse is now built and ready for us to enjoy. Many thanks to all at Solid Sheds.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Paul from solid sheds at Avant coming round on the same day to do a site visit and discuss options. And just a few days later, we have a fabulous 5x8 shed- a size we hadn’t realised could be chosen- and swiftly installed by Jiri and Charlie. Outstanding.

We have just had our second Solid shed product built, we have had a large shed for about 8 years and have just had a garden room built, both are fantastic products, well built and great value for money. Solid Sheds have been nothing but helpful throughout. I have recommended this company to many people and all have had the same experience. Excellent overall.

Great service from the point of sales with Richard at Lady Green, through to the on -schedule delivery and
super quick ( but quality) construction with Jiri and colleague. All very polite and professional. Pleased with the quality of the product, value for money and the service.

They guys that put up my shed were extremely professional. Jeri 'Czech shed Wizard' was exceptionally professional and they were so fast. They asked me how I'd like the shelving and were cerry obliging. What a great experience. They restored my trust in humanity.

Anyone looking at purchasing a shed from this company, should seriously look at alternatives. I have had a shed installed in October. Which was leaking. After a battle, I have eventually had the side and roof replaced. Now just one month later the felt has come off the roof. However Solid sheds just state that due to high winds they will Not help any further! And would incur a cost to repair the damage. Bear in mind the roof was installed only a month earlier and regardless of wind you would
Like to think any company worth their salt would try to rectify, not attempt to make more profit out of a shoddy job in the
First place! There are sheds at 2-3k plus that are better quality elsewhere. And even if there was an issue, you would
Like To think that a shed costing 3k would be rectified. Very poor company to deal with! To the point that they resorted to arguing with me Over social Media! Please reconsider spending your money with this firm.they are not worthy of your hard earned cash! They were good 10 years ago when I first bought a shed from them. Unfortunately now turned into overpriced and mass produced substandard product.
