Source Wood Floors Reviews

Source flooring came recommended by a friend. We visited their showroom where staff were very helpful to us in choosing the right flooring for us.
Came away with samples to finalise choice. We ordered our flooring well in advance of needing it in case of price increases. Was kept well informed of order which was delivered at time promised.
Kerb side only but reasons for that understandable.
Would recommend Source flooring to anyone

Always a pleasure to deal with and goods arrive next day :))

Absolutely gorgeous flooring and looks great! A little difficult going down with a floor nailer as the wood under the oak (ply I believe) did split a bit and we had to stain the ends of the cut pieces in the alcoves. Delivered on time and communication was very good. Only downside is I have two full boxes left and Furlong policy is a minimum of 5 boxes to return. We can hopefully use somewhere else and keep some for spares but quite expensive for sitting around otherwise.

Great service wood samples were sent out next day and the staff were really helpful in matching an existing wood.
They really did go the extra mile in terms of customer service! I would definitely recommend this company!

Quick, efficient and helpful. Very impressed with the service

I have recently purchased a large quantity of flooring from Source flooring. The service I received from ordering samples to getting the flooring delivered was perfect.
Both Sharon and Sarah were extremely helpful throughout, and went out of their way to ensure the delivery was on time.
I would highly recommend Source

I recently extended part of my kitchen and needed a few more boxes of flooring. Source wood floors had the exact match and I was able to complete the work. Sharon was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with delivery and times. Would highly recommend

Sharon has been extremely helpful! I’m very grateful for her efforts to assist me.

Very efficient service helpful staff quick delivery what more can you ask

Sarah is very knowledgable and couldn’t have been any more helpful. I was very indecisive over the finish I wanted and Sarah helped me by sending numerous samples that always arrived next day helping me to make a timely decision. Very happy with the products and service. Would highly recommend!

Great communication quick quotes
Friendly staff

Absolutely amazing customer service. I got a few samples from them to choose which laminate flooring to get, quality felt amazing and prices unbeatable. Sharon was really responsive over phone calls and emails and always ready to help when needed. Although we didn't end up getting our flooring from Source Wood Floors (as we decided we liked one laminate flooring slightly more than theirs), I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend them. Thanks Sharon for all your help and speedy responses!

I did not believe that Source Wood Floors could be as good as their previous 5-star Trustpilot reviews suggested - but I was proven wrong! Source Wood is every bit as good as their glowing reviews - an excellent company and I got absolutely 5* service from Sarah. She gave me excellent, professional and knowledgeable advice, she even got a rep to send us a FREE box of laminate to try out when I could not decide between two laminates - have you ever heard of that? It took me months to decide which were the right floors for us, and Sarah supported me throughout! And did I mention the excellent price? I got good-quality herringbone Quickstep for a fraction of the price I would have paid elsewhere! Thank you, Sarah and colleagues!

I was finding the process of choosing high quality, competitively priced flooring a bit of a nightmare. Companies I had requested samples from tended to follow up with countless pushy emails about sale prices coming to an end etc (only to immediately launch identical sales all over again.)
Dealing with Source Wood floors has been a really refreshing experience. I was after a very specific size of parquet flooring and noticed such a product on the Source Wood floors website. I contacted the company for a quote and sample and spoke with Sharon who was very easy to deal with.
The sample (a full size block) arrived the next day and a quote for two options of flooring arrived by email.
The price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anything cheaper elsewhere.
When I contacted the company to purchase the floor, the specific type I was after wasn’t in stock but was expected in about 4 weeks. I decided to go ahead with the order and Sharon told me she would give me a call every week to let me know if there was any news. A week later I received a call saying the flooring was again in stock much earlier than expected and could be delivered the following week.
I have now taken delivery of the parquet blocks and they appear to be stunning.
Would highly recommend this company!

I shopped around quite a lot and found that Source were about the best for quality and price. The staff were really helpful especially Sarah. Overa
Excellent and would definitely recommend them.

Really easy ordering process. Very helpful staff. Competitive price. Quick delivery. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Great experience from initial enquire to deliver. Sarah was great and she went over and above with helping us to source the floors and communicated non stop. The deliver went smooth, delivered on time and Sarah made sure thAt everything was ready and in place. The flooring is great quality. I would highly recommend the company and if you get Sarah as your advisor it’s a bonus!

I was helped by a lovely person called Sharon and she was able to source a particular floor for me from the manufacturer, as I was in desperate need.
She was very helpful and I would buy from them again, was a genuine experience. Thanks

Easy to deal with, friendly and good value

The purchase process was simple but then you would expect it to be, what made the whole experience a pleasure was the delivery part which can always be a nightmare. it was not the lorry driver was dropping his last delivery and a long drive back to base, i could have expected a quick drop and run but he did not do that. he went above and beyond i it reflected wonder-fully well on your company
