They were very helpful in helping us to select a floor. We chose an engineered wood floor snd are very happy with the result.

Staff were really helpful and efficient, useful advice, good product. Everything went exactly to plan.

The flooring I ordered was at a very competitive price. I dealt with Sharon on the phone to make the order and she was extremely helpful. The flooring arrived on time but unfortunately four of the packs were damaged in transit. Source Wood did offer to replace these but the company laying the floor had already been booked in so to reschedule, would either have lost them a day's work or cost me an extra day! Fortunately they managed to juggle with the pieces they had and made a good job. Obviously we were very disappointed at the time but the company as a gesture of goodwill made a very generous refund. The whole experience was made easier with Sharon's help. I appreciate that the damage caused to the flooring was not Source Woods fault as it happened in transit. The company and Sharon did their best to make my experience a good one. I would definitely recommend this company.

Having decided on what flooring we required, I contacted Source Wood Floors and spoke to Sharon.
Flooring was ordered and I was kept up to date concerning delivery date.
Flooring and trim arrived on time, very satisfied with cost and timings

Cracking company....Sharon and Sarah are a Joy to deal with - upfront honest and efficient. Products back up the A1 service.

I bought 14 packs of engineered oak flooring 14 mm thick 190 mm wide x 1900 mm long each pack containing supposidley 8 full planks at 2.88 square metres.. on fitting the floor the first 4 packs contained full boards. The remaining 10 packs contained cut boards varying between 650 mm , 950 mm and 1250 mm. They dont tell you on the boxes or any of the paperwork that there are any cut sizes. I ended up with 8 x 650mm supposed starter boards that are useless and other size supposed starter boards that are absolutely useless and wastefull. The manufacturer and Source Wood refused to replace or refund the rubbish they sent out. Only one starter board is required to fit a floor. All my staggered joints are run in line and fitted properly because I could tongue and groove the useless boards. DIY customers wont be able to do this. I managed to fit my floor without having to buy more and doing it right. There is no paperwork or notifacation on the boxes stating the packs contain cuts. One to avoid. Source Wood and manaufactures have a lot to learn and do not buy their goods!!!!
