Really easy to book and arrange. Great that we can pay each month, makes it easier.

I booked online, I found it quite hard to work out if I was booking the right thing. When ghe confirmation came through it said twin beds and a table of 6 persons—- neither of which did I request. But a quick call to your customer service sorted it out easily.

I would really like to give some very special feedback about Diane Ware.
I have given positive feedback about her in the past because she has always been helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. However, on this occasion she went so far beyond what is normally expected from a travel agent that I feel her efforts deserve particular recognition.
I was very keen to secure a cabin in a specific area of the ship and knew there would be a lot of interest in this particular cruise as soon as it was released. From the outset, she was determined to do everything she possibly could to help me. She actually went into work several hours early in an attempt to secure the cabin for me.
What followed was far from straightforward. The website was repeatedly crashing, and despite all the difficulties she didn't give up. She also spent more than 50 minutes on the telephone trying to get the booking sorted.
I really appreciated the fact that she didn't simply say that there was nothing she could do. She persevered, dealt with all the problems thrown at her and, eventually, managed to secure a cabin in the area I wanted.
I have been fortunate enough to travel on many cruises and have dealt with travel agents for many years, but this level of personal commitment really stood out to me. It wasn't simply that she completed a booking — she genuinely went the extra mile because she knew how important the cabin was to me.
I am extremely grateful to her. Her patience, determination and willingness to put in so much extra time made a real difference, and I wanted to make sure that her company knows just how much I appreciated it.
She is a real credit to your company, and I sincerely hope her efforts are recognised. Customer service like this is something worth celebrating.

Very easy to book and everything was covered. Just need the cruise to go as smoothly as booking

Booking was made easy by doing it online.

The experience was very positive. The only problem we encountered was doing a bank transfer because I use generally face recognition to access my bank accounts, and found it difficult to remember my usual passwords. Overall it was a very good experience especially as I need help as I have mobility problems.

The service provided by Wendy was first class ,she made the booking process very straightforward for us to complete.

From embarking to disembarking the whole time was fabulous.
Cabin was spotless. Fantastic room steward Andy. Staff worked tirelessly. Plenty of food choices. The restaurant service was amazing. Loved how they remembered our names and drinks as well as the little extras like sauce. Hola was a fantastic Mexican restaurant with so many courses.
I had a hot stone massage and actually fell asleep which is a first as was so relaxed, think the lady was called Yevi. Staff in the Attic bar were awesome, simply the best team and guests loved them. Hot chocolates and crepes were incredible. Midnight pizza and snacks each evening so no one could possibly say not enough food.
I still didn’t venture around the whole ship as ran out of time.
Really sad Virtuosa is going to Brazil. Absolutely fabulous time with amazing friends and all thanks to each and every staff member that works on board tirelessly and always smiling!
